Octo is the homeworld of the Octo race.

They do not have any form of law enforcement since they are a very peaceful planet, which makes their planet very vulnerable to outsiders. It appears in "Sachie-chan Guu!!" where two Earthlings, Sachie and Zarid are brought to save them from the invading Mil Clan since the Galactic Patrol was taking too long to arrive.
