A Ninja Clan is a group of ninjas who often work as mercenaries.

A trio of ninjas appears in a filler scene when Ninja Murasaki is introduced in the episode "Ninja Murasaki is Coming!", and they are all defeated by Ninja Murasaki.

Murasaki's ninjas in Revenge of King Piccolo
Ninjas similar to Murasaki, the gray Gekon and the red Jiyorakon, are enemies in Dragon Ball 3: Gokuden. In Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo, a clan of ninja wearing orange outfit and working for Ninja Murasaki are regular enemies on Murasaki's floor in the Muscle Tower.
Ninja Boss
In Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II, a clan of Ninja wearing dark outfit works for Vodka in the East District. In Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury, a clan of Ninja with each member looking similar to Ninja Murasaki are common enemies. Their boss wears a green outfit and guards the Six-Star Dragon Ball inside their Ninja Stronghold in the Fukurou Forest. Goten or Trunks were initially warned that if they entered, they would be leaving in a pine box, however the Ninja Boss was the one who ended up being punched into the pine box after his defeat, the young Saiyan hybrid could then blow up the box with the Ninja Boss in it in order to obtain the "Gokuu" Hat. The Ninjas in Buu's Fury fight alongside Samurais present at their stronghold, implying that the Samurais are members of the clan as well. Additionally, there are stronger versions of the Ninja and Samurai, the Shinobi and Shadow Warrior, and the Ronin and Shogun, respectively.
In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, there are color customizable Ninja Suits (upper body, lower body, hands, and feet options) that can be obtained by the Future Warrior, though some are worn by Time Patroller NPCs such as Legin and Ramon. There are several Ninja Suit variants each with a different Kanji mark, symbol, or logo. The Ninja Suit is basically a color customizable versions of Murasaki-style Ninja Suit originally worn by Ninja Murasaki and the Murasaki Brothers in the main series (ironically Murasaki Brothers in Xenoverse 2 wear a special variant of Battle Suit (Time Patroller)).
