Manpuku Okawari is an astronaut that appears in Jaco the Galactic Patrolman.

Biography

Jaco the Galactic Patrolman

Manpuku Okawari piloted the Twinkle 8 on a mission to space with Tights joining who was a body double for An Azuki in case of any accidents. The shuttle malfunctioned while flying and was going to crash into East City but Manpuku was saved along with Tights by Jaco with the help of Tokunoshin Omori's faulty Time Machine which stopped time briefly. Manpuku rode in Jaco's Spaceship while Jaco kicked the Twinkle 8 off course to fall into the ocean and Manpuku got out safely in East City.
