Maniacal Blinding Slash[2] is a move used by Eis Shenron, where the Shadow Dragon swipes ice into the opponent's eyes, temporarily blinding them.

This attack was used on Super Saiyan 4 Goku after Eis Shenron saw that he was no match for him. It has the same purpose as Solar Flare—to blind people—but Eis Shenron's blinding technique was supposedly permanent. Goku was able to regain his sight much later during the battle with Omega Shenron.

Appearance in games
