Lightning Shower Rain (ライトニングシャワーレイン) is a technique used by Janemba in his second form. Janemba traces his finger in the air and creates a streak of green energy light that breaks into sharp, glass-like needles. Then, he swings his arm back and fires the energy needles at his opponent, inflicting a high amount of damage.

Janemba uses this attack during his battle against Goku and Vegeta in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn. After Janemba uses his Mystic Attack to stretch his arm and strangle Vegeta, Goku saves him and they both hide in a mountain of spikes. While Goku is trying to convince Vegeta to fuse together, Janemba attempts to murder the two Saiyans firing the Lightning Shower Rain at the spiked mountain. Fortunately, Goku and Vegeta dodge the attack with just a few cuts.

Lightning Shower Rain was named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and is one of Janemba's Blast 2 attacks in his super form. In Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai and Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai - Another Road, it is called Needle Mountain Hell.
