Laura Bailey

Laura Dawn Bailey (born May 28, 1981, in Biloxi, Mississippi) is an American actress, voice actress, ADR director, and line producer. She has provided voices for a number of English language versions of Japanese anime films, television series, as well as video games.

Biography

Bailey is best known for her role as Trunks as a child and the second voice of Dende as a child (replacing Ceyli Delgadillo) in the FUNimation dub of Dragon Ball Z. She also voiced Erasa and Marron. For Dragon Ball, she has voice acted for Chi-Chi as a child, Hasky, Ranfan, Fanfan, as well as Akane Kimidori in the Dr. Slump crossover episodes. In Dragon Ball GT, she voiced Oceanus Shenron. While she did not reprise her role of Dende in Dragon Ball Z Kai, she voiced Vegeta as a child and reprise her Role as Kid Trunks in The Final Chapters. She also voiced Suno in the video game Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo.

Due Bailey living in Los Angeles, working on numerous projects and Dragon Ball Super being ongoing, she was unable to reprise her role as Kid Trunks in the series and in future games. The role is now done by Alexis Tipton, who Bailey gave her blessings to.[1]
