Overview
The user forms a compact ki sphere in their hand, which is then thrown on the ground, creating a dust cloud that can be used as cover. Frost used this technique after knocking out Krillin to escape Android 18. After finding out Tupper has been eliminated, Kahseral used this technique to escape Android 17.
