Ki Burst Sphere (気功弾, Kikōdan) is a powerful Ki Blast attack used by Goku in his Super Saiyan form.

The attack causes Meta-Cooler Core to explode
Goku raises one hand in the air and creates a yellow sphere of Ki. Then he throws it at the opponent, causing the sphere to disappear into the opponent's body and create a brightly colored explosion.
Goku uses this technique to kill Cooler. Whilst confronting Meta-Cooler Core inside the Big Gete Star, Goku prepares this attack to defeat Cooler, however he is briefly stopped when Meta-Cooler Core takes on his Battle Form and restrains him. After Vegeta cuts off Meta-Cooler Core's arm with a Destructo Disk, Goku throws the Ki Burst Sphere inside Meta-Cooler Core, causing him to explode.
Appearances in Video Games
Ki Burst Sphere was named in Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle, where it is one of Super Saiyan Goku's Super Attacks. The attack is called Qigong Bullet is the Japanese version. The attack has a chance to stun the attacked opponent.
Trivia
- "Qigong" is the Chinese system of health care that uses physical exercise and breathing control to manipulate ki.
