Kenji Nomura (乃村 健次 Nomura Kenji, born July 23, 1970) is a Japanese voice actor from Okayama Prefecture. He voices Toppo and Panchia in Dragon Ball Super.
Aside from Dragon Ball Super, Nomura is best known for voicing Yujiro Hanma in Baki the Grappler and Mitsunori Kugayama in Genshiken. He also voiced Santana in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
