Keiji Hirai
Keiji Hirai (born on February 15, in Tokyo, Japan) is a voice actor, performing in anime and video games.
He voiced several Namekian Warriors in Dragon Ball Z Kai and Toobi, one of Chilled's soldiers in the Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock anime adaptation.
Some of his other roles include Nama-bake in Gegege no Kitarō, Tetsu Asakura in The Gokusen and no-chan in On-chan.
