Jumping Energy Wave (跳躍波 Chōyaku-Ha, lit. "Bounding Wave") is an Energy Wave used by Krillin.
Overview
The user fires an Energy Wave downwards using the force to propel them upwards. The technique also produces a shockwave if they energy wave hits the ground. If an opponent is nearby they will be damaged. Due to the way in which it is performed it can be used to evade attacks by moving upwards.
Usage
This technique was originally used by Krillin during the fight with Nappa during Saiyan conflict. Krillin uses the technique while distracting Nappa to allow Piccolo to grab Nappa's tail. Though it was successful in distracting Nappa, Piccolo's plan ultimately failed due to Nappa having trained his tail to remove his main weakness.

Future Warrior using Jumping Energy Wave in Xenoverse 2
Jumping Energy Wave was named in Xenoverse 2 where it appears as a Super Skill that can be obtained by the Future Warrior. After the Version 1.05.00 Update, Jumping Energy Wave can be purchased by the Future Warrior from the TP Medal Shop. Despite being used by Krillin in the main series, it does not appear among any of Krillin's Skillsets in Xenoverse 2.
It is also used as one of his standard ki blast attacks in Dragon Ball FighterZ, where Krillin can also direct his jumping direction as a form of movement instead of just bounding vertically upward.
