Jump Gold Selection 6: Dragon Ball Z Anime Special Vol. 2 (ドラゴンボール・セット アニメ・スペシャル II) is the second of two Jump Gold Selection special magazines published by Shueisha that pertain specifically to the Dragon Ball Z anime.

Overview

Dragon Ball Z Anime Special Vol. 2 was released on June 20, 1991, the day that follows the diffusion of "Transformed at Last" in Japan, the episode in which Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan for the first time.

The magazine covers the Frieza Saga, as well as the TV special Dragon Ball Z: Bardock - The Father of Goku and the movie Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug. It contains a "Vegeta" side-story written by Takao Koyama and illustrated by Minoru Maeda, character model sheets, interviews with the anime staff, and various other features.
