Julie Franklin is an American voice actress and singer formerly affiliated with Funimation during the early 2000s. She voiced Mai in Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT. Additional roles include the mermaid from the former series. Her role of Mai has since been recast to Colleen Clinkenbeard.
As of late 2016, Franklin has provided voiceover services for Raven Audio Books, based in Arizona.
