The Jingle Village Chief (ジングル村の村長 Jinguru-Mura no Sonchō) is the mayor of Jingle Village.
Biography
Dragon Ball
Red Ribbon Army Saga
Main article: Red Ribbon Army Saga The Jingle Village Chief is held captive in the Muscle Tower by General White. While he is imprisoned and learns of Goku's attempt to rescue him, he is deeply enraged that the Red Ribbon Army actually attempted to kill a child, viewing it as much worse than harming an old man.
When General White pretends to surrender after Goku defeated Buyon, White pulls out a gun and holds the Jingle Village Chief hostage. Android 8 defeats White with a powerful punch after White hurts Goku, and rescues the chief along with Goku.
