Iru (イル Iru) is the Supreme Kai of Universe 8.
Appearance
Iru is a long faced, purple skinned Supreme Kai with large, half oval eyes and a tuff of white hair on the top of his head. He wears a white coat variant of the Supreme Kai uniform with red linning, blue clothing, a yellow belt with an orange underbelt.
Personality
Much like Anat, Ogma, and Ag, Iru is shown to be relieved by Zeno deciding to spare the gods of his universe and it in of itself, also being proud of doing good work in his universe.
He loves making plans and gets fired up when those plans start to come together.

Universe Survival Saga
Main article: Universe Survival Saga In the anime, Iru attends the Zeno Expo, along with Korn and Liqueur, representing Universe 8. Iru watches the expo, and is opted out of the Tournament of Power due to Universe 8 having a high mortal ranking.
In the manga, when all the Supreme Kais and Gods of Destruction were summoned to Zeno's Palace, Iru makes the rest of his universe late because he is busy in the bathroom.
Power
As a Supreme Kai, Iru is much more powerful than average mortals and lower Kais.
Techniques and Special Abilities
- Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.
- Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.
- Life Link - Iru's and Liqueur's lives are linked to one another, so if one of them dies, the other will die as well (in a manner similar to Piccolo and Kami) in order to prevent an imbalance between the natural forces of creation and destruction which Iru and Liqueer represent.
- Kai Kai - In Dragon Ball Super, it is revealed that the Supreme Kai in every universe has the ability to instantly teleport to any other universe, including Zeno's Palace.

- His name is taken from Ill, the masculine plural form of the Akkadian for Il or Ilu, which means "God".
- Iru's name was used for one of King Cold's soldiers.
