I'll Make Short Work of You! (手っ取り早く片づけさせてもらうぜ!, Tettoribayaku katadzuke sasete morau ze!, lit. "Let me clean up quick!") is a rush attack used by Gotenks.

Overview

First, Gotenks says "You won't take long." as he punches the opponent in the stomach. Then, he roundhouse punches the opponent twice and teleports to their side to roundhouse kick them away. Finally, Gotenks raises his hands back over his head and brings them forward to fire a blue energy sphere at the opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Usage

Gotenks uses this attack during his battle against Majin Buu. When Gotenks arrives at a sea port where Majin Buu is wreaking havoc, he blasts a hole through the Majin's stomach, though he manages to regenerate. Arrogantly believing he is stronger than Majin Buu, Gotenks insults and attacks Majin Buu with the "I'll Make Short Work of You!" rush, knocking and blasting the Majin into a ship, which causes it to explode. Gotenks then grabs Majin Buu and throws him down into the sea before blasting him with an energy sphere. Gotenks boasts that he destroyed Majin Buu, but to the former's shock and surprise, the pink monster regenerates from the damage and pummels Gotenks to a pulp.

Video Game Appearances

"I'll Make Short Work of You!" was named in the Raging Blast series, where it is one of Gotenks' Super Attacks. It also appears in Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle under the name Victory Flash as a Super Attack for Gotenks in his base form.
