Hiromi Tsuru (鶴 ひろみ, Tsuru Hiromi; March 29, 1960 - November 16, 2017) was a veteran voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture. She was represented by Aoni Production.

She was most known for the roles of Bulma in Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Kai, and Dragon Ball Super. She was also the voice for Bulma's daughter Bulla and Bulma's sister Tights, the infant forms of Piccolo and Trunks, as well as the West Supreme Kai in both Z and Kai (and thus Dragon Ball Heroes), but went uncredited for Z due to voicing Bulma in that episode. She was also uncredited for Vegeta Jr.'s mother.
