Hiromi Tsuru
Hiromi Tsuru (鶴 ひろみ; March 29, 1960 - November 16, 2017) was a veteran voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture. She was represented by Aoni Production.
She was most known for the roles of Bulma in Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Kai, and Dragon Ball Super. She was also the voice for Bulma's daughter Bulla and Bulma's sister Tights. She also voiced the infant forms of Piccolo and Trunks. She also played the role of West Supreme Kai in both Z and Kai (and thus Dragon Ball Heroes), but went uncredited for Z due to voicing Bulma in that episode, same goes for Vegeta jr's mother.
Tsuru's final time voicing was on the 96th episode of Dragon Ball Super, about four months before she passed away. Her final line is "We're counting on you, everyone".

On November 16, 2017, Tsuru was found unconscious in her car and taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead. Her agency later confirmed that she died at the age of 57 from aortic dissection.
