Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川 光; born on May 2, 1968) is a Japanese seiyū from Otawara, Tochigi, who is represented by Aoni Production.

He voiced Spice, Android 16, and Pikkon in the Japanese dub of Dragon Ball Z. He replaced Hirotaka Suzuoki as the voice of Tien Shinhan in Dragon Ball Kai, and also continued to voice Android 16.
