Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川 光; born on May 2, 1968) is a voice actor from Otawara, Tochigi, who is represented by Aoni Production.
He voiced Spice, Android 16, and Pikkon in the Japanese dub of Dragon Ball Z. He replaced Hirotaka Suzuoki as the voice of Tien Shinhan in Dragon Ball Kai, and also continued to voice Android 16.
He is also known for voicing Softon from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Tamahome from Fushigi Yuugi, Yoshito Kikuchi from Great Teacher Onizuka, Dio Brando from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood, Natsume Kyousuke from Little Busters!, Kaede Rukawa from Slam Dunk, Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! and Marth from the Super Smash Bros. series.
