High Strike is a sword slash attack used by Future Trunks.

Overview

The High Strike slash is used as the first part of the Shining Sword Attack, Lightning Sword Slash, and Garlic Buster.

Future Trunks uses it to cut Mecha Frieza in half, and later uses it against Android 14, only for the android to stop it. Present Trunks later uses a similar move to cut a part of Hirudegarn's tail off.

Ackman also uses a similar move to cut a Martian in half.

Variations

  • Dirty Slash – King Cold's variant of the High Strike, unlike Trunks' version, the user does not leap into the air before slashing down.
