Summary[]

Cell announces for anyone to hurry up and get in the ring, and Mr. Satan insists he is going first, and nobody else will need to fight Cell. Goku warns Mr. Satan he will be killed, and he should stop but Satan ignores him while the announcer tells the cameraman to go over to the "idiot". The reporter tells everybody on Earth what Goku just said to the world champion Mr. Satan, and people watching around the world think Goku is an idiot. At King Castle, King Furry is watching. The King thinks that man looks just like the boy who had saved the world from King Piccolo, but his hair and eye color are different, so it must not be him. However, he notices that one of the people standing with him looks almost identical to King Piccolo, wondering if it was actually King Piccolo himself.

Annoyed at the announcer's insistence, Krillin tells Goku not to worry and let Mr. Satan do as he pleases, since they can just revive him with the Dragon Balls, and Goku realizes it is no use trying to warn him and relents. Goku waves at them that it is okay, and the announcer figures he realizes how great Mr. Satan is after all. Satan takes off his cape, then his Champion Belt, and stares down Cell for a bit. Then, he pulls out a capsule from inside his gi, pops it open, and out from it comes a big duffel bag. He opens the bag, pulls out fifteen tiles, and he stacks all of them. The others watch in disbelief and annoyance, knowing what Mr. Satan is trying to do. Mr. Satan concentrates and then chops through fourteen of them with his bare hand, which is throbbing. While everyone around the world is cheering, Goku and everyone else nearby are silent, even Cell thinking that he is a complete idiot. Mr. Satan tells him to look at those busted tiles, that will be him in one minute, which garnered more cheers from the world and the announcer. Mr. Satan thinks this will be great for his popularity, with this even being recorded on video.

Mr. Satan takes his stance, while the announcer goes on about the Cell Games starting, which will decide the fate of the world. Mr. Satan charges at Cell and hits him in the face with his Dynamite Kick. He lets off a flurry of punches at Cell, all of which do nothing to Cell. As Mr. Satan continued his fruitless barrage, Cell loses patience and finally swats him aside, crashing into a nearby mountain behind him, stunning the announcer. Krillin whispers to Gohan that he was actually kind of rooting for Cell on this one. Mr. Satan, however, is somehow still alive, though is in obvious pain. Krillin looks disappointed, as is Piccolo, thinking that not even Cell, who wants to destroy the world, would want to dirty his hands on killing Mr. Satan. The world is shocked that Mr. Satan got a ring out, and Cell says they will hurry and start the Cell Games now, and Goku steps up. As the announcer is shivering in fear, believing that the world is now doomed, Mr. Satan, who is holding his bloodied face and missing a tooth, returns to his side. The announcer questions Mr. Satan on how he lost, but Mr. Satan makes the excuse that he just tripped. The announcer makes the observation that Mr. Satan got knocked through the air, but Mr. Satan insists that he is just taking a break, and next time he will get serious. Vegeta cannot believe Mr. Satan still does not realize how much greater Cell is than him, calling him the World Champion of idiots.
