Heeter's Mind Restraint is a device used by the Heeters to control their true instincts.
Overview[]
They are different sized necklaces/headbands made up with what appears to be a long brown string and several sharp bones as adornments. The restraints have the ability to seal the inner monstrous nature of the Heeter's race until they're removed.
Usage[]
After Gas was defeated by Granolah, Elec went over to him and took off his restraint which unleashed Gas' inner nature which he soon mastered.
