Heavenly Arrow (神裂振矢 Shinretsufuya, lit. "Fierce God Shaking Arrow") is an Continuous Energy Bullet variation of the Black Power Ball, combining God Splitter and God Split Cut. It is used primarily by Future Zamasu.
Overview
Zamasu creates a field of purple energy around his right hand, creating a blade powerful enough to bifurcate a much bigger being. Once creating this blade, it can be used as a medium to fire multiple God Splitter energy spheres in the form of ki blasts, making it more efficient to fire than God Splitter itself and God Split Cut itself can be extended somewhat. If close enough, Zamasu will attack using God Split Cut then fire the ki blasts.
Usage
This move was used by Future Zamasu in his first fight with Goku as a Super Saiyan Blue. Unfortunately, this move was completely ineffective as it was dodged by Goku due to their major gap in power.
Video Game Appearances
This move made its debut in Dragon Ball Heroes where it was used by Zamasu under the name God Split Cut.
It also appears in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 where it is used as a Super Skill. This version can either send Zamasu firing ki blasts or attack additionally and then fire the ki blasts if additional input is used.
