Giru mad after eating a metal apple from planet M-2

On the journey through space, Giru repeatedly defeats Pan at a video game. Shortly after they fly past the planet known as M-2 which is Giru's home planet. The next morning Giru and Pan convince Trunks to land there since he hasn't been there in years.

Meanwhile on the planet's surface, General Rilldo is tracking the Grand Tour Spaceship and when he sees that it is heading towards them, he commends Giru for bringing their enemies and the two Black Star Dragon Ball to them.

The Grand Tour Spaceship lands in a forest and Goku, Trunks and Pan walk in to a city that seems deserted. Thousands of Giru-like robots appear, and they all seem to know him saying that he should be commended but Giru takes off alone where he is contacted by General Rilldo who praises his strategy of infiltrating the trio, gaining their trust and then bringing them to their planet. Giru then returns to the others.

Goku, Trunks and Pan get hungry, so they go in search of food. They are confronted by a group of incredibly powerful robots who call themselves the Sigma Force. Giru jumps up to the platform they're on to join them. One of the robots disintegrates, and then reforms around Goku and Trunks, trapping them. As Pan curses Giru for betraying them, the robots, including Giru, fly away to General Rilldo. Now, a heartbroken Pan must find a way to rescue Goku and Trunks.
