"Launch a super powerful Ki Wave straight from your mouth! The lower your health, the greater the damage! Be careful though, because you can't guard!"
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Skill description

Gigantic Breath (ギガンティックブレス, Gigantikku Buresu) is a Mouth Energy Wave used by Broly in his Wrathful form.

Overview

First, Broly opens his mouth and charges a green energy sphere. Then, he fires the energy sphere from his mouth in the form of an energy wave at the opponent.

Usage

Broly first uses this move upon achieving his Wrathful form, obliterating an ice cap and making Goku concerned as to what the effect might have been if the attack had hit the ground.

Gigantic Roar

  • Gigantic Roar - A more powerful version of this technique utilized by Broly in his Legendary Super Saiyan form. He uses it during his fight with Gogeta Blue. Rather than a straight beam, this time it is more fiery in nature and so powerful it pushes Broly backwards. Gogeta avoids it by flipping behind Broly mid-attack and countering with a rapid volley of ki blasts.

Video Game Appearances

This technique was named Anger Shout in its first appearance in Dokkan Battle.

It appeared in Dragon Ball Heroes under the name Gigantic Breath.

Its stronger variation appears in Xenoverse 2's Extra Pack 4 DLC under the name Gigantic Roar as Broly (Full Power Super Saiyan)'s Ultimate Skill.

In Dragon Ball Legends, it appears under the name Anger Shout. In addition to Broly: BR, it can be learned by Shallot from Broly: BR.

In Dragon Ball FighterZ, it appears under Gigantic Roar as Broly's Super Attack. Broly charges at the opponent to knock them back before transforming into his Legendary Super Saiyan form and thrashing about while unleashing the attack after which he liberally sprays the opponent with the beam. During the initial beam animation, the energy itself will obscure Broly, displaying him only as a monstrous beast-like shadow. After successfully connecting the attack, Broly's armor will be destroyed for the rest of the match and he will gain a slight buff in attack power.
