The Gendarmerie Force (憲兵特戦隊 Kenpei Toku Sentai, lit. "Kempei Special Fighting Force") is a super-elite division of the Gendarmerie that works under the Supreme Demon King. Like the Ginyu Force, they consist of five flamboyant but powerful warriors.

Gomah orders Degesu to summon the Gendarmerie Force to his castle in order to ramp up security in case Goku and his friends manage to break into the First Demon World.
The Gendarmerie Force is first seen lounging and snacking in Gomah's lobby, before they are called to attention when Degesu clears his throat. Immediately, they break into an elaborate introduction and pose together, much to Gomah's dismay. Gomah briefs the Force on the current situation and orders them to guard the First Demon World from a certain group of renegades who plan on securing all three Demon Realm Dragon Balls. Though Captain Kadem is apprehensive about battling children, he relents after Gomah explains that they are only adults who had been shrunken down. Degesu additionally warns the Force that the intruders had beaten both the Tamagami and Majin Buu, which Mashim mistakenly believes to be a joke, though Degesu reaffirms otherwise. Before he and Degesu leave, an angry Gomah yells at them for making a mess of his lobby and plans to fine them once they're done.[1]
The Gendarmerie Force arrogantly confronts Goku's group once they arrive at the castle, but Vegeta makes quick work of them, even withstanding and overpowering Kadem's fire magic. Before they are subdued, they realize that Degesu's earlier warning was true. [2]

The Gendarmerie Force are indicated to be the strongest of the Gendarmerie as a whole, though they are all no match for Mini Vegeta.

Trivia[]
- The Gendarmerie Force are inspired by Super Sentai teams similar to the Ginyu Force and Pride Troopers.
- The Gendarmerie Force's debut mirrors that of the Ginyu Force's.
- Ironically, the Gendarmerie Force are defeated by Vegeta in order from each subordinate to captain similar to the Ginyu Force.
