Future Scratch (未来のタマ Mirai no Tama, lit. "Tama of the Future") is an alternate timeline version of Scratch from Future Trunks' timeline.

Like with his previous owner, Future Scratch likes to sit on Future Trunks' shoulder.

Future Scratch was originally the pet of Future Trunks' late grandfather. He eventually ended up in the care of Future Trunks and Future Mai.

"Future" Trunks Saga[]
In the anime, he is seen giving his energy to Future Trunks so that he could defeat Fused Zamasu,[2] but was later killed by Infinite Zamasu's Chou Makouhou Barrage and had his soul erased by Future Zeno when he erased the future timeline. However, another Future Scratch is still alive in the timeline created by Whis, in which Future Zamasu was dealt with by Future Beerus.[1]
Future Scratch with his present counterpart
In the manga, Future Scratch was not killed by Zamasu, and came back into the past in the Time Machine,[3] and lives alongside Scratch at Capsule Corporation.[4]

- In the manga, Future Scratch is one of the surviving inhabitants of Future Trunks' timeline along with Future Trunks, Future Mai, and Future Zeno.
- Also, like Future Zeno, he ends staying in the main timeline where he lives with his counterpart.
