Biography
Future Chiaotzu in Goku's house
Future Chiaotzu is briefly seen in the TV special Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks, outside Goku's House with the other Z Fighters, as Future Goku dies from the Heart virus.
On May 12th, Age 767, Future Chiaotzu is killed by the androids and was the last of the Z Fighters to be killed by the Androids. Whilst a scene of him being killed is not shown in the anime or TV special, Future Trunks states in both the manga and anime that Future Chiaotzu did indeed fight against the androids with the other remaining Z Fighters, and that he indeed had been killed alongside them.
Future Chiaotzu was 29 years old when he was killed by the androids.
Dragon Ball Super
Although he doesn't appear in Super, his soul was destroyed when Future Zen-Oh erased the future timeline to kill Fused Zamasu/Infinite Zamasu once and for all. However, he still exists in the second timeline created by Whis.
