Biography
In the alternate timeline, the entire world is dominated by the androids, who lead a path of destruction for nearly two decades until finally being defeated by Future Trunks after he takes his trip to the past and increases his strength tremendously. When Future Cell's evolution is finished, the Androids evidently are already killed, thus Cell's search for the machines is in complete vain. Cell continues to kill and absorb people in order to become stronger, so that he can successfully absorb the two androids, and reach his Perfect form.
In Age 788, as the evil android continues his quest for the androids, Future Cell meets Future Trunks while pillaging through West City. After a quick and decisive battle, Future Trunks dominates and killed Future Cell with only his Super Saiyan power and a Heat Dome Attack, thus ending the horrors of his time.
Power
Completed in Age 786, this version of Cell is much weaker than the Cell which is seen in the present timeline, because this Cell is not able to absorb the two androids, Future Android 17 and Future Android 18. In fact, Future Cell is never able to actually see the androids in the alternate timeline, as Future Trunks had already destroyed them.
