A Fu-Lum in Dragonball Evolution
Fu-Lums are a race of silent humanoid monsters created from Lord Piccolo's blood and DNA and make their debut in Dragonball: Evolution. They have the distinction of being the only one of the movies' four villains (the others being Piccolo, Mai, and Oozaru) who is not based on a character in any previous work in the Dragon Ball franchise.

The first Fu-Lum was created on Mai's ship after she releases Piccolo and gathers some of the Dragon Balls, they later attack Goku and his friends by a volcano, but despite proving themselves dangerous enemies they are all killed when the heroes knock them into the lava.
Video game
In Dragonball Evolution the Game on PSP, Fu-Lum is an unlockable playable character. The Fu-Lum can turn their defeated enemies into one of them as seen in the Fu-Lum's Arcade Mode epilogue.
Trivia
- The Fu-Lum are a homage to King Piccolo's deformed sons in the original Dragon Ball series (and possibly to the Saibamen).
