The term "Fruit of the Tree of Might (Demon Realm)" is conjectural. This article's real name is unknown or unsuitable and an unofficial title is used instead.

The Demon Realm-enhanced Fruit of the Tree of Might is a variation of the Fruit of the Tree of Might that appears in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

Overview[]

XV2 - Burter and Jeice acquiring Villainous Mode after eating Demon-enhanced fruit of the Tree of Might

Burter and Jeice after consuming the Fruit provided by Turles in Xenoverse 2

It is fruit of the Tree of Might that has been exposed to the Demon Realm, greatly amplifying its effects. It causes the consumer to acquire the Villainous Mode power-up, causing them to produce a dark aura and their eyes to glow red. After consuming the fruit, Turles and Lord Slug notice that their bodies begin to swell with Dark energy, which causes Turles to surmise that Towa tainted the fruit somehow. Eventually Towa reveals that she modified the Fruit in order to test out a new spell that sacrifices life force to achieve greater levels of power. This results in Turles and Slug transforming into an unfinished version of the Supervillain form.

Trivia[]

  • This is the first artificially grown strain of Fruit of the Tree of Might.
    • In Dragon Ball Legends, while both were under the influence of the Dark Ki, Turles would have Dr. Gero create another artificially grown strain for use by the rogue Frieza Force faction lead by Frost (posing as Frieza). However, this strain is initially imperfect, forcing Turles to kidnap Bulma (Youth) of Team Beerus to assist Dr. Gero in creating a perfected artificial strain which is used by Frieza (after he reclaims control over the Frieza Force) and Turles in their battles with Shallot.
  • At one point, Lord Slug notes he senses pure Dark Energy swelling within his body before transitioning from Villainous Mode to Supervillain. This makes sense as Dark Energy is a naturally occurring element in Demon Realm. Normally Dark Energy only exists naturally in demonic worlds/realms such as Demon Realm and Makyo Star, though Demigra and Towa were able to create artificial Dark Energy through Dark Magic.
