Freezing Fist[1] (凍結拳[2] Toketsu-ken) is a technique used by Ebifurya. The name of this technique was stated by Dr. Kochin in Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest.
Overview
Ebifurya can freeze his victims in a huge ball of ice with one blast from his outstrecthed arms and free hands.
Usage
Goku in his "Icy Grave"
In Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest, Ebifurya uses this technique when he and Kishime are faced by Goku in the second level of Wheelo's fortress. After Kishime stunned Goku with his Electric Whip, Ebifurya freezes Goku solid with the Freezing Fist. However, Gohan and Krillin show upon before he can finish Goku off. Kishime then freezes them inside balls of ice. As he is gloating, Goku uses the Kaio-ken to free himself from the ice and launches himself at the unprepared Ebifurya, punching him so hard he flies across the room and crashes through a wall, killing the bio-warrior instantly.
