why weren't the other kais in boo's body?
Dissolved or something similar[]
It could be that since they were stuck in Buu for such a long long time, they were dissolved and/or completely absorbed. Or it could be that they were held in a different spot that we just didn't see.

Majin Buu only absorbed two Supreme Kais, the South kai and the leader Grand Supreme kai. Buu absorbed South kai first, which is referred by some people as "Buff Buu" and or other believe this is how Super Buu first came about (which is why Super Buu changed into Buff Buu first before completely reverting back to Kid Buu). Then he absorbed the Grand Supreme Kai which gave birth to the Fat Buu. Keep in mind all of this took place millions of years before Goku was even born, so by time Buu's resurrection came about in the series it's safe to assume they were completely absorbed into his being, no longer in pods. It's also safe to say the same fate would have happened to Goten, Trunks, Gohan and Piccolo if Goku and Vegeta didn't save them.
