Because he was technically not alive, hes was a machine. Lets say you had a microwave that exploded that basically why he wasn't brought back to life.
But why didn't they just wish him back? Even if he is a machine, Shrenron could have repaired him.
Seems pretty philosophical to me whether he was alive... More fundamentally, he didn't have the type of ki that in the Z verse is basically "life force". As a purely artificial machine, whatever energies he has certainly do not qualify as that. I think 17 and 18 as actual cyborgs aren't like that, and that the normal energy of their bodies is shielded by Gero's modifications.Lazarus Plus 21:34, December 6, 2011 (UTC)
