I'm pretty sure in the end, Krillin's actual power level is higher than Tien's...but then again, he stops training and fighting after the Cell Saga, and Tien doesn't...though Chaotzu must hold Tien back a little.

They both seem to be the best humans -- which is the more skilled?

I'm thinking Krilling -- what do you guys think?

Forum Whos the better fighter? Krillin or Tien?

[[Category:{{{1}}}|Whos the better fighter? Krillin or Tien?]]

This is pretty obvious

Tien is the better fighter, even if Krillin might be a little stronger, Tien's a lot smarter.

yeah, tien's a better fighter,

people often think Krillin loses a lot because he's weak, but it's mostly because he picks a lot fights with really strong people. even when they were kids, he assumes people are weak, so he attacks and they turn out to be strong, like Fangs the vampire, or lord slug.

rTien

Tien managed to hold back semi perfect cell for a good minute or two by himself whereas krillin couldn't.

probably because krillin doesnt have kikoho...obviously. thats like saying piccolo is stronger than raditz because the makansoppo killed raditz.

Krillin doesn't really use his techniques appropriately. Tien is the better fighter

If Krillin tried and fought wisely with his abilities he would win a lot of battles, but not against Tien.

Krillin v. Tien

Krillin's problem isn't that he's too weak. Krillin's actually not only pretty strong but he's exceptionally clever and inventive too. Krillin's problem is that he's too involved. And lot of the time, Krillin is collateral damage because it seems like he always gets in the way. Krillin is very scatter-brained (which is also a good thing when solving problems) and has a hard time applying himself in the heat of battle. I wouldn't say Krillin picks fights he can't win (he did in Dragonball but he's matured since) but most of the fights Krillin was caught up in, he would slay. Or at the very least, put up a good fight. Krillin just doesn't perform as well as he could under pressure. In the end, Krillin is much more versatile and well-rounded than Tien is. He quite possibly may be more powerful than Tien. But Tien is the better fighter and will always bring down the house in fights (even if it kills him) because:

  1. He's much better under pressure.
  1. He has a one-track mentality, allowing him to be much more focused and concentrated with his chi. Also, he avoids drama (i.e. Launch, Bulma, Master Roshi, etc.).
  1. Whenever he's getting ready to fight, he is always mentally, physically and spiritually prepared.
  1. He knows his powers, his max and his limitations.
  1. Tien doesn't share Krillin's apprehensions of dying or getting seriously injured. He certainly has them but he ignores it.

The root of their problems lie within Tien and Krillin's lifestyles and the way they train. Abc539 23:09, June 28, 2011 (UTC)

Tein

Tein would win becuase Krillin dies almost every season. Tein is alout smarter eventhough krillin was on more adevnuters.
