Being a videogame-only character there is not a lot of clarification on what saga the fusees are from (Saiyan, Frieza, Android, post-rosat Cell, etc.) but I want to say they may be post-rosat Tien and Yamcha. If so, where does Tiencha rank strength-wise? Could he take on Perfect Cell? Is he equal to Frieza saga SSJ goku (HIGHLY unlikely, I know). Just curious. Any idea?

I would have to assume since Tien is a highly skilled earthing, ranking in one of the strongest on Earth, and Yamcha is a skilled Earthing as well, I say if the were ROAST, they would be on the level around semi perfect cell.

That may be correct because Tien's Tri-Beam was able to hold off Semi-Perfect Cell (possibly damaging him?) So if you add Yamcha's power too that, I believe they could be on par with the Cell Jrs. Is that possible?

My Thoughts[]
I would say enough to hold off Semi- Perfect Cell because Tien could barely hurt Semi- Perfect Cell, but Piccolo is stronger and he couldn't hold off Imperfect Cell after he absorbed all those people. So I would actually say enough to fight Imperfect Cell before he absorbed all those people, because Tien always trains, but Yamcha gave up and didn't fight a lot of villians because he didn't want to die. So enough to defeat Imperfect Cell.
I would say around super saiyan strength as in budokai 2 the last battle of the story mode of the japanese version has they fuse and fight kuriza and friezas army so I would say around ss also in the anime yamcha trains in the other world with krillin and tien saves gohan from super buu's blast so they might be as strong as super vegeta

Everyone saying that he'd be on semi perfect level and all that just because of tien's power, you forget that even though tien is strong, his and yamcha's strength would not just be combined. Since Tien likely has a great deal more power than yamcha, tien would have to lower his power level until it was equal to yamcha's. Then, the resulting fusion would probably not be as strong as semi perfect, but likely strong enough to beat frieza
In response to poster above, would it be 1st form Freeza, 2nd form, 3rd form final form, 100% full power?
oh, didn't specify, did i? Well i meant final form frieza, cause if you think about it, (although its filler, i'll still use this) both yamcha and tien were strong enough to defeat members of the ginyu force after training with king kai. then, take the example of goten and trunks, both probably about as strong as full-power frieza, definitely waaay weaker than buu, and they fuse together and gain incredible buu tier power. So, when tien and yamcha fuse, i'd say they definitely gain enough power to whomp frieza. Actually, by the time the fusion dance is brought, tien and yamcha would both be far more powerful than they were during namek, so actually, i change my mind. I'd say they'd be able to take 2nd form cell, maybe even survive against perfect
I'd say they can take on Imperfect Cell, and have a good shot with perfect Cell. Buu isn't even ever going to be considered.

That's what I meant. Buu isn't going to be considered, because Tiencha wouldn't last a few minutes with Buu around. I'd say seconds, but Buu plays around a lot. Though, it would take a few hits for Tiencha to be incapacitated.
After seeing everyones opinion and every ep from all the Dragon Ball series i think tiencha's power level is over 65.000.000 and he could defeat 2nd form Cell, Frieza 100% and Majin Buu but not Super Buu.
No way Tiencha would be around 2nd form cell level and Majin Buu. Frieza power level is 120,000,000 so if tiencha was 65,000,000 he would be in 50% Frieza's level which is nowhere near 2nd form cell, buu and the androids even if it was 100% frieza and if he can't beat perfect cell (judging by you saying 2nd form cell but not perfect cell) then he couldn't beat majin buu.
