Lol since the other guys wont give you a serious answer, i will. Goku doesn't have to go super saiyan 4. He would rip naruto apart without even going super saiyan. I'm not exaggerating either when I see he will rip him apart. I'm not saying naruto is a weakling it's just that goku and most dbz characters in general are just way too strong for him to handle.
