PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!!
I know lots of people have done this before (heck, I just saw a list posted today) but I kinda want to do this for the heck of it. I'm gonna make a list of power levels throughout all of DBZ only. Not DB 'cause it's been way too long since I've seen it, no movies or filler sagas like Garlic Jr. (though I do have some filler scenes that weren't in the manga but aren't an entirely new saga), and no GT PLs. If anyone has anything to say, go ahead, whether you love it or hate it (although I'd like if you guys use contructive criticism unless you're really mad...:P). Just sign so I know who I'm replying to. It can get painfully detailed at times (I can get carried away). Sorry if the Sagas are a bit off. ALSO, there is some explaining to do once I get to the PL of the Supreme Kai (since this is highly debated) So, here it comes!

--- This is the best power level list i've seen in a while. Maybe not all pl's correct, especially in buu saga or frieza's 100%, like the guy above stated, but they really make sense in terms of who was stronger during the battles. Great job really. I was bored watching lists with goku's ssj 15 million and so on. akira said its 150 and according to that we must scale every other following power level, like you did.
I could disagree with some pl's during cell and buu saga but it doesn't really matter since nobody can know what's correct. I'll just say that gotenks ssj3, ultimate gohan's and vegito's power levels are too big. Other than these, i could agree on every else.
PS. Can anybody remember if Mecha Frieza said that he was stronger than before? ----

I think this list is awesome. My only criticism is that Uub (enraged) was a bit too high and Uub when not enraged was way too low. Goku would have killed him just by moving if that was his Power Level. Other than that, I think that everything was accurate. Did you fix Frieza and Goku? People were complaining but it says the right Power Levels now. The last list I saw was more extensive and covered GT and the movies, but this one is far more accurate. Frieza 100%, Buu Saga, Uub (Fixed)[]
To the above posts about Frieza, I made it like that since Goku claimed that Frieza's body couldn't take his own full power after being beaten around so badly. In their fight, Frieza was an extreme challenge for about one minute and then Goku wasn't even trying afterwards. As for Mecha Frieza, Gohan stated he was nowhere near how strong he was on Namek, while Vegeta said he was stronger. In the manga, Vegeta only saw Frieza at 1% and Gohan saw him at 50%, so Frieza 1%<Mecha Frieza<Frieza 50%
Buu Saga PLs are a bit high, but that's just how I saw them to be after making some random calculations in my head (like SSJ2 apparently being 2x SSJ1, SSJ3 = 4 x SSJ2, etc).
As for Uub, I may have screwed that up, I'll change it now.
Also, what do you guys think of that "magic" idea? I figured it's a bit far-fetched, but Kaioshin's power was just inconsistent throughout the Buu Saga. Being able to take out Frieza but looking weaker than Base Saiyans was too wierd, so that was my interpretation.

Yes, very much like that. Except I feel that ki and magic are different, since the stuff he did to Buu wasn't really a ki attack. To be honest, those specific PLs are way to high for my liking, BUT I always suspected I should've moves everyone starting from Semi-Perfect Cell a bit higher, but something held me back. Everyone else said I was accurate, so I'm like "fine", but now that I see this, I feel like I should bump them up a bit (not the way you did, though, 'cause I think that's just way too high).
EDIT: I went ahead and updated a few of them. I don't think it affected the PLs in the Buu Saga too much, so I messed around here and there, but not so much.

Pilaf Saga Goku in Dragon Ball was like, 50, and I can see him slaughtering Mr. Satan. Average humans are 5, so 16-17 is more than enough.
I suppose that makes since. But even then, I think Spopovich and Yamu should have higher power levels as they are Majins.
I also wonder how characters like Tien and Yamcha keep getting stronger even though they're just around stronger people. even the Ginyu Force's power skyrocketed in hell.

True. I also noticed that some anime only characters were included (shorty and scarface), but after that it was only original characters. i would like to know power levels for characters like Pikkon (I guess somewhere from 900,000,000 to 2,000,000,000). Also, the Garlic Jr. saga (even though it is entirely filler) was completely skipped. Soi made this for anyone who cares:
Garlic Jr. - 100,000 (210,000 powered up)
Salt - 90,000
Mustard - 90,000
Vinegar - 105,000 (185,000 powered up)
Spice - 115,000 (195,000 powered up)
I did these mostly in comparisn to your list so these power levels are around those of Frieza Saga Gohan and Krillin. I think they might be lower because I'm pretty sure power levels decrease (drastically) in between major battles, as shown when Goku's power level is 30,000 and Piccolo's is 18,000 in Tree of Might, which I think is after the Trunks Saga.

^ Tree of Might happened before Namek (somehow). The movie was most likely written before Namek Saga, which is why it kinda turned out the way it did. There's no explanation for why those killed by Nappa are alive, though.
I'll do filler episodes later, eventually (Garlic Jr. and Pikkon). I'll do them seperately from the whole series as they are completely different arcs, unlike scarface and shorty. I'll do filler episodes, Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball GT, and movies/OVAs after I finish catching up on Dragon Ball and some movies. Just thought I'd let you know.

^ I really don't go by those V-Jump power levels, mainly because they are so inaccurate. Broly's power isn't even remotely close to that of Gogeta's, let alone being more than half.
Goku on Namek was 150 million, then he trained like crazy to combat Perfect Cell. Goku being a trained SSJ2 also puts him far above SSJ2 Gohan. Many people don't realize that SSJ2 power isn't constant - SSJ Goku went from 150 million to Perfect Cell level, and thus, a trained SSJ2 should be far more than an initial SSJ2. An FPSSJ at full power easily bypasses the 50x multiplier, and thus, a trained SSJ2 should also easily bypass the x2 multiplier. An SSJ2 can train and power up, just like an SSJ, it isn't stuck at x2 forever. And then SSJ3 is four times a FULL POWER SSJ2, not an initial one....Let's say Goku's base form is 1 (keepin' it simple). His SSJ would be 50. His FPSSJ at full power after training could be, let's just say, 300 (most likely higher, but let's keep this simple). His SSJ2 would then be 600. Then, of course, he is a trained SSJ2, so his SSJ2 at full power could be, like, 1500. And then his initial SSJ3 would be 6000. And his trained SSJ3 could be very high, maybe above Gohan like you said. You put a mastered SSJ3 at only 1.5x stronger than an SSJ2, which is a bit illogical. What would an initial SSJ3 be then? 1.2x? There's no way an MSSJ3 is above Gohan if it's that low of an increase.
Let's try and use your numbers now. If SSJ goes from 150 million to, say, 600 million as you said, then SSJ2 would be 1.2 billion. BUT a trained SSJ2, or "MSSJ2" or "FPSSJ2" would be far above this...SSJ got 4 times stronger, according to you, so let's say SSJ2 also gets 4 times stronger....that's 4.8 billion. Then SSJ3 would initially be 19.6 billion. An "MSSJ3" could then be anything.
We don't know if Goku is above Gohan. He probably is, but I didn't want to put some huge number out of the blue. If it makes you happy, I'll make his SSJ3 higher, since he did have 10 years to train.
As I said, I have always been skeptical of those V-Jump numbers. Many people don't know this, but an issue of V-Jump that was released before "Cooler's Revenge" had Cooler's 4th form at 140 million, even higher than Frieza (or so I've heard...). In the movie, base Goku fights on par with Cooler, possibly at a higher level, so going by V-Jump, he'd be at 140 million too. Then, V-Jump has 5th form Cooler at 470 million. However, this Cooler blew by a Kaio-ken x20 like it was nothing, and 140 million * 20 = 2.8 billion, which is above Broly of all people. So how is a 470 million Cooler unaffected? Simple - at least one of those power levels are wrong. Either 4th form Cooler is much, much lower (around 4 million) or 5th form Cooler is much higher (maybe 4.7 billion?)
Broly's power level is the only one that made sense to me. No, he is not near SSJ3, he was killed by FPSSJ Goku + Energy from half dead warriors. In the first movie, he was below SSJ2, and in the second movie, he is above an untrained SSJ2, but NOT an "MSSJ2". But I agree that he was 1.4 billion at first. In his second movie he could be twice as strong for all we know.
Gogeta 2.5 billion? Already told you how I disagree with that. Besides, if Goku & Vegeta were 600 million as SSJs, as you said, then Gogeta should easily be above 10 billion at least.

I wasn't so sure where you were going with the movie PLs, but I assumed you expected them to be listed, so I told you how I agreed/disagreed with those. I see the new changes! I like how you included Bardock: Father of Goku. Also, I saw the new changes in the Android and Buu Sagas (didn't really see anything new in the other sagas). I do think they might be a little high, but that's just me. Also, i saw some inconsistancies like how Piccolo, when he fused with Kami, had a lower PL than Andoid 17, but when they fought, they were equal, or how Krillin's PL randomly shoots up in the Frieza saga from 1,000 to 13,000 to 70,000 (unless Guru's potential unlock envolves progressive increase in PL). Also, the "magic" thing (which I thought was a neat feature to the list) that you used for Kaioshin, Kibito, and Babidi, does that alos apply to kami, Mr Popo and King Kai. I know they have official power levels but I thought that might work into it, considering how powerful Piccolo becomes after his fusion even though Kami's PL is only 220, and how King Kai (3500, if I remember right) managed to seal away Bojack, who is comparable to SSJ Gohan, along with the other kais (who I assume hae similar strengths to King Kai).

Hey, thanks. I had a bit of a change of heart regarding how the PLs increase (particularly the Saiyans), but I like your input. As for Piccolo, I don't believe he fought Cell seriously, as he was calm and had the advantage the majority of the time, and kept telling him that it was Cell who didn't know who he was dealing with. Against 17, though, he went all out. Krillin's PL does seem off, and I'm going by the stated PLs in certain guidebooks for him. I usually don't do this, but for Krillin to hold his own against Frieza, he'd have to be at least Ginyu Force level, even though he clearly wasn't this strong before that. I just listed that way, but I didn't think of the progressive increase thing, that sounds pretty smart. Also, Vegeta does claim that all of their powers had increased. I know people like Kami and King Kai should have the magic classification as well, but as their a bit "insignificant" for the most part, I didn't bother. I'm gonna add the rest of the movies and stuff, but I figured I'll add Bardock's now since it actually fits with the story.

Goku was shown to be much stronger in his base form when he fought Uub. Uub, further, was similar to Kid Buu in strength when he got angry. Super Saiyan is someone's power level x50, and Goku is plenty weaker than Ultimate Gohan in base form. So that makes perfect sense. Gohan doesn't train if he doesn't have to because he doesn't like to fight and focuses on studying, so he wouldn't gain a huge power level boost, and Goku would eventually catch up with him through training. If Ultimate Gohan were to train that entire time like his father, he'd be way above Goku and Vegeta. But most likely he spent most of his free time studying for school. Context: Goku asks Buu to rig the match-ups so he can fight Uub {C}Goku: “…Sorry, but I wanna fight with him no matter what, in the 1st round when both of us still have 100% of our stamina…”
Goku wants 'em both to be at 100% when they fight. He thinks Uub will be a Kid Buu level opponent, as he asked for Kid Buu to be reincarnated (if anything, he expects a fighter above Kid Buu's level, as reincarnations are shown to be stronger than the originals, like Piccolo > King Piccolo).

He was expectin' a Kid Buu level (possibly beyond Kid Buu level) opponent, and he got what he expected. Of course, Uub was only Kid Buu level with his enraged burst, but Kid Buu level, nonetheless. Goku is able to keep up in base form, however. Many people believe this means Base Goku = Uub = Kid Buu, however, Uub had a noticeable advantage. But for Goku to go through that, he'd have to be at least around his previous SSJ2 level. Note that Uub has a considerable advantage when he is enraged, but Goku still keeps up, and once he's in the air, he is still unscathed...we saw what happened to Vegeta when he fought Kid Buu, so Goku should at least be a little stronger than his previous SSJ2 form (hence why I made his base 150 billion and opposed to previous SSJ2's 135-140 billion). Now, an SSJ2-tier opponent going SSJ would put them well above Gohan, wouldn't it? I actually had Gohan above SSJ3 EoZ Goku at first, but then someone went off on me about it, and I also went and reread my manga around that time as well and made some changes. That's as accurate as I can get (if you consider 130-150 billion being "SSJ2-tier", then it's accurate). Sorry if you disagree or whatevs, but thank you for your input! Plus, Vegeta trained insanely hard like Goku and claimed that they'd both "need a planet for a battlefield". They'd have to be pretty even (discounting SSJ3) for Vegeta to think that!

Wow. How much time did you spend making this list? lol. I usually won't bother with PLs thread because most of them screwed up the PLs in Cell and Buu Saga. Most of PLs accurate and reasonable, but still... there're a few things that I disagree.

First, the human Z-Fighter power level. Could you explain about Krillin and Tien PLs reaching over 1 million? I don't think it's possible for human to reach 1 million, especially Krillin. All they did are normal training, I doubt that kind of training could increase PLs by that much. If they train in King Kai's planet (10x gravitation) or gravitation chamber, I would say "You got a point!". But they was never shown doing any extreme training like that. Besides unlike Saiyan or Namekian, they are normal human, they become physically somewhat weaker as they grow older.
I originally had them Tien at, like, 500k, even in the Buu Saga, Krillin at 300k, and Yamcha...like 60k. A few people complained that they're a little too high, but I feel it doesn't too much...they were above Ginyu and below Frieza before (Krillin & Tien), they're above Ginyu and below Frieza now.
Second, LSSJ Broly Movie PLs. Aren't their PLs a bit too low compared to Cell Saga PLs? From what I know, movie 8 occured during 10 days before Cell Game, and after Goku & Gohan training in ROSAT (since Gohan already got that new haircut) So how could FPSSJ Goku (Cell Saga) reach 7.250.000.000 while in movie 8 his PLs was 3.000.000.000?
Just because of when the movie was made. It was made during the Perfect Cell Saga, not the Cell Games Saga. If you notice, when Gohan ang Goku come out of the ROSAT, they've still got they're armor on, etc. The, Gohan goes on to ask Piccolo for new clothes. However, in the movie, Gohan has the same clothes he did when he was Kid Gohan, leading me to believe that the movie was written & produced around the Perfect Cell Saga and the beggining of the Cell Games Saga. Also, Gohan is portrayed as the weakest in the movie, so it's likely the Cell Games have not occured yet, as Gohan is portrayed as the strongest there, even before going SSJ2. Lastly, the movie was released only a month after the first Cell Games episode came out, meaning it was most likely written, as I said, during the Perfect Cell Saga - Vegeta & Trunks were weaker here, and Goku & Gohan were made stronger for the movie. Toei Animation most likely didn't know Vegeta & Trunks themselves would enter ROSAT again (thus their powers are lower too). Piccolo automatically becomes stronger because he's a Toei Animation favorite and they don't want him behind.
I also believe it occurs during the 10 days to the Cell Games (it still kinda does) but it really doesn't matter where it fits since it's just based off the time Toei produced the movie. For whatever reason, Goku & Gohan are in their mid-training states, Vegeta & Trunks in their Perfect Cell Saga state, and Piccolo is higher 'cause Toei does that stuff.
Even though I disagree with movie 8 PL, for the next 2 question let's using your list as a standard
And for the FPSSJ Goku (Healed) & ASSJ Trunks (Healed) during LSSJ Broly movie, shouldn't they get an increase in PLs after eating Senzu?

The last question is how could FPSSJ Goku (Trunks, Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta's Power) reach 7,600,000,000? Isn't that a little bit too high? 4 of them are dying, so I doubt they had that much energy to share to Goku.
That's something that bothered me about the movie in general....all numbers aside, Broly was pwning all the Z-Fighters, and suddenly, a weakened FPSSJ Goku get a little extra power from his friends, and it helps him get up...but then a little extra from Vegeta, and BOOM! He's stronger than Broly. I wouldn't agree with it either, but since Broly owns them and gets stronger himself, I really had no choice.

But I have a question. You said that Trunks and Goten have the same PW, - 7,000,000. Wasn't Trunks abit stronger ? He is 1 year older than Goten and it was before they entered Hyperbolic Time Chamber. I know Trunks had to low his PL, they had to have the same PL but still, he didn't have his PL lowered all the time.
It was a bit of a hassle, and it's probably a difference of a few thousand, 20,000 max, so no big deal.
And other thing.
Tien (Kikoho) - 60,000,000 ? Isn't that too much ? I mean, he was just a human... In my opininon he was the strongest human, stronger than Krillin but 60,000,000 ?
Life Force =/= ki. Besides, I had to make it reasonably strong as he held down Semi-Perfect Cell. I still believe any human will get one-shotted by a 5% Frieza though.
And I really thought Vegito was stronger than Gogeta. I mean, Vegeta was weaker than Goku so Goku had to low his PL. And when they had ear rings they just had to put them on and fuse, no lowering power or something. Any ways, Gogeta was in movie and I don't take movies seriously so for me, Vegito is still better.
I know, but I added in the little quote somewhere above where Toriyama states Gogeta > Vegetto. But he said Vegetto was a better fighter, so in fight, I'd say Gogeta = Vegetto, maybe Vegetto >= Gogeta.
Awesome job with this List. Good luck with GT PLs. I don't like GT, don't like it very much, but still I am curious. Numbers will be huuuge.

Hey, I gave suppressed SSJ3 a 4x multiplier, and a full power one at 12x. However, I'll reduce it if you wish. Maybe 8x? (Only the EoZ Goku, I don't want to mess with Buu Saga levels, then I'll have to mess with everyone's....)

Well, "The purpose of the Super Saiyan 3 transformation is to increase the utilization of ki." SSJ3 is very strong compared to SSJ2 and during Buu Saga, Goku did not know how to use it properly, he was discovering this SSJ stage, it was new to him, but still he could do some damge to Kid Buu so I guess a full powered SSJ3 can be something around x10.

GT Multipliers (for me):
SSJ = 50x base
FPSSJ = 75x base (I'm considering 100x, since Rilldo claimed FPSSJ Goku was 100x stronger than base, but I'll think about this later...PLs are high as it is already...)
SSJ2 = 3x FPSSJ
SSJ3 = 4x SSJ2
Golden Oozaru = 3x SSJ3
SSJ4 = 2x Golden Oozaru; 6x SSJ3

GT levels are so damn huge. Personally, i'd take away 6 zero's from each of them. But then again, i know there's no point in standing up for that because all the evidences are they are mostly correct, even though they are unreadable. Besides, the only good thing in GT was the SSJ4 design. Everything else sucked. So i don't really care about it's power levels. Maybe you should consider opening new thread for Gogeta's power level to fit in?

Dude, those are some MASSIVE PLs you gave Goku and the other Saiyans towards the end. I always imagined the Pls would be bigger than what Toriyama was trying to hint off in the show, but now its like whoa! I never dreamed Goku at FPSS3 would have possibly have a PL in the quadrillions (at least not until the last episode of GT). However a few mistakes. You stated being a Super Saiyan 2 triples the power of a regular Super Saiyan, when on the website it said it doubles the strength of a regular Super Saiyan. Also, Videl should have a PL in the 200 range. If you can recall at the 25th World Tournament, Hercule punched the power scale bag with his strength being at 147. Videl is twice as strong as her dad, especially when she was training with Gohan. Lastly, regarding the human Z Fighters PL; you gotta take in the consideration that Krillin and Yamcha had stopped training for several years after the Cell Games and after the Buu Saga, resulting in an almost major drop in power. Krillin having a PL of 800,000 in the Yo! movie shouldn't even be possible, even when using the Destructo Disc at full power (500,000 maybe). Nice effort though
^ There are a few inconsisties involving movie PLs, especially the "insignificant" characters. But don't worry - I'll fix it up. As for the pucnhing thing, Satan hit 137, if I recall, and this is not the same thing as a power level. Satan being at 137 puts him above Mercenary Tao, whose "official" PL was 110 - but Mercenary Tao is far faster than a jet plane, something Satan could never do. Putting Videl in the 200 range allows her to be above Roshi and be a potential challenge to King Piccolo, which is much to high for a slightly above average human.
I'm going to make lots of changes to the list in general soon, including huge PLs and such (though I don't know if they'll end up going down or up..... :P). BTW, check out my user blog - I posted some questions there in regards to changes I might be making, so please take a look at those so that I can get some more input from you. Thank you!
Oh yes, and one last thing I should address - the Super Saiyan 2 multiplier. See, the thing is, the Daizenshu, a guidebook for Dragonball and Dragonball Z, states that the Super Saiyan 2 form is a double increase of the Super Saiyan form. However, as accurate as the Daiz may be, everything here should be taken with a grain of salt. The full power of Perfect Cell was far above any FPSSJ, possibly higher than I put him as. If the SSJ2 was a mere 2x increase, Perfect Cell wouldn't have gotten whooped the way he did - the beating was worse than SSJ Goku vs. 50% Frieza. On top of this, Gohan wouldn't have been able to kill Super Perfect Cell if SSJ2 was only a 2x increase, regardless of Vegeta's help or not. I use a 3x multiplier for SSJ2, and I'm considering an increase to 4x - you'll see it all when I edit the list one last time (hopefully it'll be the last time, haha).

Movie 13.[]
I think these PLs are very accurate except a few of them...mainly movie 13 (Wrath of the Dragon). In Fusion Reborn (movie 12) FPSSJ (Full Power) Gogeta is at 197 000 000 000 000 (which is 2 000 000 000 000 higher than FPSSJ Full Power Vegetto), but in movie 13 you have Ultimate Gohan and SSJ3 Goku higher than FPSSJ (not full powered) Gogeta/Vegetto. I can't see why a SSJ3 or Ultimate Gohan could surpass the Fusions whether in their base or at SSJ. They should be the strongest out there, so I think that movie 13 Ultimate Gohan and SSJ3 Goku are too high (unless they trained which is a different story). BTW - in one of my above posts, I stated Gogeta > Vegetto. Since we're talkin' 'bout him right now, I thought I'd let everyone know that this won't the case when I redo the list. You can ask me later, since I'll be busy with that, but I'll have Vegetto a bit stronger in each form.

Final flash too low[]
I would put Vegeta's final flash above perfect cell(suppresed). You stated them to be 1.75 billion and 1.8 billion respectively, but final flash was more than able to copletely obliterate cell from existence if it had hit him. (thou i don't know if he would regenerate like after explosion, but it doesnt matter).
I'll be making some big changes to the list anyway in a bit - I'll address that when I do so. :) Thank you for the heads up, you're right.
And please head over to my user blog regarding this list - I ask some questions over there, and I'd like to hear what you have to say about them. That way, I can make all my PLs more accurate. Thanks man!
