You know the episode where he was "holding his own" against Goten and Trunks is just filler thus we can't count that,so i would say that Mr.Popo has a power level of like 1000 or something.

Thousands at most would be my guess. Popo vs Goten and Trunks shouldn't be taken seriously as it was filler. But if you watch the scene, Trunks is smiling while throwing punches. They were simply toying with Popo; they had no reason to fight him seriously (he was another good guy after all). He's a powerful fighter by normal human standards, but in an actual fight, any Z fighter would defeat him in seconds (Except for Yamcha). But if you mean TFS parody Popo... in Db, he was weaker than Kami, who was weaker than Piccolo Jr. whose power level was somewhere around 350. he may have become a little stronger while training the humans in dbz, but not that much.

the "fight" with goten and trunks is anime filler and does not count. popo stated in the manga he is weaker than the kami of earth. so weaker than piccolo, let alone raditz.

i figure King Piccolo is just about as strong as Kami is. Maybe he is even stronger because he is younger than Kami. Goku beats King Piccolo so i think he can beat Kami. After the fight, Goku goes train at Kami's lookout. He is no match for mr Popo who is way stronger than him.
So: Mr Popo> Goku> Kami=King Piccolo (even is Kami is stronger, it can't be more than a little)

To fight with post King Piccolo saga Goku he would have to be stronger than the average Earthling, but that scene in which he matched Super Saiyan Trunks and Goten was horrendous, stupid filler. If popo was a magical genie, there's your answer. He's as strong as he needs to be. He can't hurt people though. He can't go out and seek harm upon another, and he could only spar with Goku and crew because there was zero hostilities between them. Even if his power was infinite, Kami is stronger simply because he can kill a person and Popo can't.
