godzilla was a king of the monster.but was his power level lower than hirudegarn that defeated by a half saiyan?

Wow, that's am unexpected topic. Lets see. I guess the best way to judge his power would be by looking at the dinosaurs and eternal dragons from DBZ.
Shenron's power levels was 1,500,000
Porunga's power level was 2,000,000
Black Star Shenron's power level was 500,000,000,000
Black Smoke Shenron's power level was 5,444,000,000
The dinosaur from Broly, The Second Coming was weaker than Goten at base, so he was > 18,000,000. I'd say maybe in the high hundreds or low thousands.
It's very hard to make a comparison since they're completely different universes, but I would estimate greater than Porunga but weaker than Black Smoke Shenron.
Making things up does not help your case, especially when they're obviously false. Shenron was killed by King Piccolo, who has a power level of a little under 400. --DARK 17:50, November 17, 2012 (UTC)

Godzilla is underrated greately by most, I think normal Godzilla should be somewhere above Shenron's powerlevel and much stronger than the Broly dinosaur.
Godzilla's regeneration cells are surperior to Cell (See was I did there) Lol but seriously he's stronger than most Dragonball Z characters.

Where did you get Shenron's and Porunga's power level?
Because King Piccolo could destroy Shenron with a mere power level of 260. So this is clearly wrong

Godzilla's power[]
According to a few fanfictions (and from what I've seen and speculated in the Godzilla films), Godzilla's radioactivity can absorb ki-based attacks, which means that even if a super saiyan were to throw a super-powered punch head-on, the super saiyan would instantly be drained of his power due to the effects of the energy-absorbing properties of the radiation. (It should also be noted that Godzilla feeds of nuclear energy.)
And in regards to regeneration. Yes, his regeneration abilities are surperior to Cell (as demonstrated by Orga in Godzilla 2000).
And in regards to power levels, they're pretty much utter garbage ever since Frieza and King Cold were killed. Hence, they are unreliable due to hidden power/potential. Even so, if they weren't, Godzilla's power level would likely be more than even Vegito's power level, due to the power-absorbing radiation and his regenerative powers.
