| + | Well developers tried their best, i agree the roster is a bit disappointing, and the character creator is limited, but it is a step. developers listened to what the fans wanted and they sort of did it. ultimate tenkaichi should not be thought of as part of budokai tenkaichi, the name was just picked due to fan voting. it may or may not be the start of a new franchise |

what is up with tenkaichi? why is there not a ssj4 goku or vegeta..? it makes no since they have ssj4 gogeta where are the fusion materials? or like gotenks where are kid trunks and goten??. people have said that this game is breaking away from the budokai series and tenkaichi series and is starting over and rebooting it on the 360.. they dont have many characters at all its supposed to be raging blast 3 but other people are saying that its a new start of a trio. and that raging blast was dropped.. but why are they less characters and not have the fusion materials it makes no sense can someone please answer?
