Well im wondering if the kais are really Deities or they are just another extraterrestial race (as is supposed). I wonder this, because of the God Ki that Bills and SSJ GOD Goku has. In the film, i realised that the kais can feel the gods Ki but i remember that when shin introduce himself to the Z warriors, Goku tell to gohan that they are powerful opponents, meaning that they can feel the kai’s Ki.
So the question is: are the Kais deities?

Yes the kais are all gods. Kami and dende are gods too.
