I would imagine Gohan, Vegeta would of gained SS3 power and Goten and Trunks would have reached SS2, maybe just maybe reach SS3, I know Goku didn't achieve SS4 during the end of Z and the start of GT, but he did gain massive amounts of energy through training with Uub

Well,[]

Gohan: Well the fact that Gohan could go SSJ at all in GT surprised me as I thought he'd be Ultimate. I haven't watched GT so can someone explain his power in GT? Is he Super Saiyan or Super Saiyan 2 when he fights? Is he massively nerfed? Is he no longer the super power he was in the Fusion Saga? Is he still considered a great power or do Goku and Vegeta just take over? Considering how powerful he was in the Fusion Saga he should be able to go SSJ3, but if GT's imagining his power was never unlocked by Old Kai then I'm not surprised: if that hadn't have happened to Gohan I think it would take a LOT of training or a great emotional uprise for him to increase his ki to the point where he could go SSJ3, which I don't see happening the way Z ended. However I wouldn't expect him to lose SSJ2 unless he completely let himself go between Z and GT which I find unlikely.

Vegeta: When I found out he hadn't really trained that much between Z and GT I wasn't really surprised: he'd become accustomed to the Earthlings' way of life. However seeing as there was still a Super Saiyan state for him to achieve I thought that that should have driven him to attain it, especially seeing as it was his rival that had surpassed him in attaining it, but it's not really a shock. Vegeta had matured past that obsession. So due to his lack of training and the way he sort of put the fighting gloves away I'm not surprised he didn't go SSJ3, however I do think he had enough power to attain it.

Goten & Trunks: Some people say they did go SSJ2, however that's a debate for elsewhere. They never really suffered great emotional uprises and weren't really into training and they had lives to get on with (dating and being the boss of a big firm etc.) so not shocked at all, would be more shocked if they did attain SSJ2 tbh.
