The New Space-Time War Saga (新時空大戦編 Shinjikū Taisen Hen), or New Space-Time Battle Arc,[1] is the seventh original saga in Dragon Ball Heroes.
It continues on from where the Universe Creation Saga of Super Dragon Ball Heroes left off.
It is composed of several sub-stories:

Plot[]
Pseudo Universe's Fierce Fighting[]
The Warrior in Black
In the anime, within the Pseudo Universe, the Warrior in Black stands a top a building in West City while Goku runs down the streets below dodging various spaceship blasts being fired in his direction. Goku is contacted telepathically by Xeno Trunks who informs him that he is currently in the universe that Fu had created, a fake copy of the original Universe 7 that has no signs of life within but soon finds out the two universe are connected. Though not fully grasping the situation, Goku nevertheless flies away from the city.
Hearts makes his return
Frieza and Meta-Cooler leave their ship and fly Goku down, kicking him to the ground. As Goku struggles to get to his feet, the two tyrants charge in for another attack only to be struck by Hearts Gravity Cage technique that pins the two to the ground. Goku is surprised to see Hearts, not knowing that he was still alive but Hearts points out his Halo above his head saying that he was instead freed from Hell by Demigra. Hearts asks Goku to join forces with him, needing his power and with the intention of taking down Fu and Goku agrees.
Golden Frieza and Meta-Cooler with Dark Dragon Balls
Frieza and Meta-Cooler re-emerge in their Golden states. Meta-Cooler points out that Hearts is an ally of Cumber who he still holds a grudge with and charges at Hearts in a rage. As Hearts and Meta-Cooler battle, Goku takes on Frieza, withstanding a powerful attack to enter into the Ultra Instinct Sign state where he quickly takes Frieza down. Suddenly, both Frieza and Meta-Cooler are given Dark Dragon Balls by an unknown assailant, the orb powers the two up dramatically as Goku and Hearts prepare for an even tougher fight.
Broly appears in the Space-Time
From above they are all watched by the Crimson-Masked Saiyan who urges them to fight for his own upcoming plans. Empowered, Frieza and Meta-Cooler prove to be to much for Goku and Hearts to handle. However Broly unexpectedly appears, also having been swallowed up in this new universe and without warning, he charges forward and strikes a mighty blow to the midsections of both Goku and Hearts to knock them aside then turns around to face Frieza and Meta-Cooler and with a single blast he takes the two galactic tyrants out.
The Warrior in Black retrieves the Dark Dragon Ball
The mysterious Warrior in Black appears before Meta-Cooler and attacks, hurtling him into the sky before taking his Two-Star Dark Dragon Ball. Frieza goes after the warrior next though he is effortlessly overpowered and once again, the warrior takes the One-Star Dark Dragon Ball from him. The Warrior in Black turns his attention next towards Broly, gesturing him to follow after him as they take off across the sky. The Crimson-Masked Saiyan appears before Goku and Hearts and urges the two to keep fighting. Hearts asks if he is one of Fu's followers though he is cryptic with his answer and immediately takes his leave.
Hearts gives Goku a Senzu Bean
Hearts tosses Goku a Senzu Bean that he had found in his time before the confrontations and Goku recovers from his injuries. Hearts then brings out the Four-Star Dragon Ball and tells Goku that if the Senzu Bean had the same effect in this Space-Time then the same should be true for the Dragon Balls as well. The two decide to collect all seven of the Dragon Balls and use them to escape from the Space-Time. They both head to Capsule Corporation where Goku collects the Dragon Radar. Turning it on, he picks up two signals, one of which belongs to Hearts and other up above them.
Pride of the Warrior Race[]
Evil Saiyan Turles
Up past the clouds, Planet Vegeta looms near to Earth. A top Vegeta's Palace, a wounded Vegeta is shown engaged in a battle against Turles and Cumber. Vegeta charges at Cumber, but is easily blasted away and suffers severe damage. Cumber is suddenly ambushed by Turles, who tells Cumber that he should've remembered him. Turles goes on to claim that he is the strongest Saiyan thanks to continuously eating the Fruits of the Tree of Might and thereby gaining endless evil power from it. As Cumber and Turles fight each other, Goku and Hearts teleport there and immediately notices the unconscious Vegeta.
Suddenly, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan arrives and informs Goku that he is his opponent before transforming into a Super Saiyan Rosé. Goku realizes that this is indeed Goku Black, revived through unknown means. Black proclaims that he will defeat his original counterpart and prove himself to be superior. Goku goes Super Saiyan Blue and the two fight, with Hearts following after them transforming into Super Hearts.
Vegeta controls his new power
Vegeta manages to recover, wondering how and why Goku Black is alive and in the Pseudo Universe, but is then punched into a wall by Turles before being ambushed himself by Cumber. As Turles continues his fight with Cumber, Vegeta gets back up. Turles attempts to corrupt Vegeta using his Evil Aura. As this happens, Vegeta remembers several of his past deeds. He reasons if the nature of Saiyans is truly evil or not, and then remembers his death at the hands of Frieza and Goku's battle with Kid Buu. Finally, Vegeta proclaims that it is wrong and manages to overcome the corruption, making that power his own.
Cumber without his mask
Cumber and Turles are both shocked at this, and Vegeta suddenly attacks Turles. He easily defeats Turles and then Cumber using a Galick Gun strong enough to shatter Cumber's mouth mask, who only states that it's admirable for Vegeta to make his power his own before collapsing unconscious to the ground. Vegeta turns to a terrified Turles, telling him to train and come back if he has any Saiyan pride left in him. Turles replies that if it means that he will become a low-class Saiyan again, then he is fine with that.
Vegeta powers up his Galick Gun
Turning his attention to a nearby energy signature, Vegeta is shocked to see that Goku Black has just defeated Goku and Hearts, holding the former by the neck. Vegeta begins to charge up a Galick Gun and Black promptly tosses Goku aside. Staring at Vegeta, he recalls what Fu had told him about Vegeta's current form and that the limitations of Vegeta's body would soon catch up to him. Realising that the mystery Saiyan is from an alternate timeline, Black explains that, as he crossed various timelines, he encountered, battled and killed Goku in every one. His current fight with Goku on Planet Vegeta marks his 100th encounter with Goku.
Goku appears behind the Crimson-Masked Saiyan
As Vegeta is about to fire, he suddenly collapses, to which the Crimson-Masked Saiyan notes that he has not yet mastered his power. Black prepares to eradicate both Vegeta and his home planet, but Goku unexpectedly returns in his Ultra Instinct Sign state. The Crimson-Masked Saiyan blasts Goku though it causes no damage to him. Goku proceeds to gain the advantage in battle with Black noting that, if Goku can continue to grow stronger, then so can he, since he is also Goku. He fires a few energy blasts to leave Planet Vegeta on the verge of destruction while Hearts recovers Cumber before spotting the Dragon Ball nearby.
Cell appears
Goku attempts to use Instant Transmission to escape, but is unable to as he cannot sense any other ki. However, Cell appears, much to everyone's surprise. Goku Black tries to dispose of him, only to be hit by a blast from Turles. Turles is vaporized by Black in retaliation, but the time bought allows Cell to teleport away along with the others. Black curses his meddling before he teleports himself away, just as Planet Vegeta explodes. Vegeta asks why Cell saved them but he tells them to be patient and hear what he has to say. Two other figures then appear behind the group with Goku and Vegeta surprised at their identity.
Clash of Beliefs[]
Shroom appears to ally alongside Goku and the others
Goku and company head to cavern where they meet up with Gohan, Krillin, Android 18 and Android 17. Vegeta asks Cell why he is here and as it turns out, he was brought back from Hell by Shroom who arrives with Salsa and Putine. Shroom explains that Cell is helping them to stop the Crimson-Masked Saiyan who seeks to destroy all mortal kind. Vegeta mistrusts Cell with the bio-android saying that he has no intention of helping beyond the current problem. However in his mind, Cell knows that he will not return to Hell so easily after being there for so long. Unknown to Cell, Hearts reads his mind though decides to keep his intentions between themselves.
Knowing that they must stop the Crimson-Masked Saiyan, Gohan asks his father about Ultra Instinct though Goku says that he has not yet mastered the ability. Vegeta too has not yet mastered his new found power. Shroom offers to help the two master their power and along with Salsa and Putine, they create a beam of light that leads to a place similar to that of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber but with additional phantoms made up on enemies they have previously encountered. Goku and Vegeta head into the light where they are transported elsewhere and quickly find themselves surrounded.
Super Saiyan Rosé 2 Crimson-Masked Saiyan
In West City, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan states that soon all mortals from the Pseudo Universe and thus the original universe will disappear. He is suddenly ambushed by the Warrior in Black. The villain transforms into Super Saiyan Rosé 2 to continue the battle and the Warrior in Black transforms into a Super Saiyan baring a striking resemblance to that of Goku. Shocked, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan asks him who he is though the Warrior in Black simply says that he threw away such things as his name and charges into battle.
Dr. Wheelo's sleek new form
Back at the cavern, Gohan and the others sense the current battle at hand and Hearts suggests that they go and help, however, Dr. W has also appeared along with Bojack and Super 17 and vows to wipe the group out. Dr. W then announces his identity as Dr. Wheelo as he enters into his true form. Gohan decides to take him on but is struck clear through the cavern. Gohan transforms into a Super Saiyan to stay in the fight while the scene cuts to the continued battle between the Crimson-Masked Saiyan and the Warrior in Black.
Super Saiyan Rosé 3 Crimson-Masked Saiyan
The two battle with the Crimson-Masked Saiyan appearing to have the upper hand. He decides to take it up on a notch into Super Saiyan Rosé 3 and with a single mighty energy blast, he takes his opponent down. The Warrior in Black struggles to get up as the Crimson-Masked Saiyan goes in for the kill but before he is able, Goku and Vegeta re-emerge just as Gohan ends his battle with Dr. Wheelo in victory. The Saiyan duo quickly travel to West City with Goku in his Perfected Ultra Instinct state and Vegeta in his Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Berserk Controlled) state.
Blue-Crimson's Decisive Battle[]
The Warrior in Black watches as Goku and Vegeta battle the Crimson-Masked Saiyan in the skies above West City. Seeing how well the two are faring, he takes his leave citing other things that need to be done.
The Crimson-Masked Saiyan's mask cracks from wear and tear as Goku in his Perfected Ultra Instinct form lunges forward and lands a mighty blow that hurls his opponent into a nearby building just before his power fades, still not able to maintain its use for long. The deviant masked Saiyan vows that he still will not lose as the energy gathered during their fight is all his power. The Crimson-Masked Saiyan's Time Breaker Mask falls apart completely as he further powers up into his Super Saiyan Rosé Full Power state.
King of Destruction Omega Shenron
Vegeta charges forward but his attacks are futile as he is sent crashing back to the ground below. Next, Frieza and Meta-Cooler make their return, in their Golden states announcing their plan to get revenge for their earlier humiliation. Not wanting to be disturbed, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan pulls out a Scroll of Eternity containing the King of Destruction Omega Shenron who quickly blasts the two intergalactic tyrants away. Hearts and Cumber are the next to arrive, telling Goku that they will deal with him while he and Vegeta can take on the true threat.
Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Gogeta
With no other choice, the two Saiyans fuse into Gogeta. Without uttering a word, Gogeta lands a hefty punch on the Crimson-Masked Saiyan though his wound quickly regenerates. Gogeta powers up further taking on the Super Saiyan God SS Evolved state to overcome the regeneration, dealing out damage that his enemy can not keep up with. Furious at the thought of losing to a mortal, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan powers up to his maximum and attempts an attack though Gogeta effortlessly dodges it and strikes back with enough force to disintegrate his opponent. With his defeat, Omega Shenron vanishes. Gogeta defuses and the Warrior in Black re-appears, carrying the complete set of Dragon Balls.
Warriors of a Matchless Pair[]
Using them, Goku is returned back to the Universe Tree in the Crack of Time where he encounters a youthful Fu. Fu explains to Goku, Vegeta, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta that he has merged with Dogidogi. He further explains that, after being trapped in the Time Labyrinth, he summoned Dogidogi in order to escape and subsequently merged with him in order to unlock his full power.
Hearts and Cumber
He then attacks, just as a rampaging Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker Broly appears and sets his sights on Goku. Broly fires an energy blast towards him, but the blast is deflected thanks to the timely arrival of Hearts and Cumber. On Hearts' command, Cumber engages Broly in battle, who demonstrates his power by kicking Cumber into the Universe Tree. Hearts, feeling pumped up himself, transforms into the evolved state of his Super Hearts form and joins the battle.

Gogeta and Xeno Gogeta
Fu attacks the Saiyans once more before forming a blade made of energy and launching a powerful attack. When the smoke clears, Gogeta and Xeno Gogeta are shown to have transformed into their Super Saiyan God SS Evolved and Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker states before charging at Fu. The two fusions fire a barrage of energy blasts at Fu, but Fu powers up further. Fu defuses the two with a blast of darkness and then throws the Vegeta's into a dark vortex to prevent further fusions from happening, but the Goku's receive some unexpected backup in the form of Chronoa.
The Road to Freedom and Victory[]
Goku and Xeno Goku's Ki Fused
Chronoa heals the two of their injuries and asks that the two power up to their limit. She then performs a technique that allows the two Saiyans to merge their Ki together, saying that there is no other way to battle Fu the way he is now. They attack with a combined Kamehameha, which breaks through all of Fu's barriers, forcing him to block. Despite Fu stating the attack was dangerous, Xeno Goku notes that, even with this immense power, he and his alternate self are still unable to beat the Dark King. Seeking to know how the Pseudo Universe he helped create came to be, Fu states he plans to rebuild Universe 7 for the gods.
Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Universe Tree Power) Goku
Fu begins absorbing power from the Universe Tree, and to an extent, all of the universe itself. The Goku's and Chronoa notice this, and with a flap of a wing, Fu sends a tendril at Chronoa, with Xeno Goku quickly intercepting by taking the blow himself. Promising Chronoa he won't miss a second time, Fu attacks again, only for this time for Goku to grab the tendril and rip it off. The energy at first begins to overwhelm him, but Goku manages to harness it for his own by also harnessing the Universe Tree's power to gain a new form: Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Universe Tree Power). Goku and Fu two engage in an epic battle, climaxing with a powerful beam struggle that ends with Goku managing to finish him with a Kamehameha. Fu finds it impossible that the universe has so much potential, and with those seemingly being his last words, he is defeated with a smile on his face.
Xeno Goku notes that Fu has been defeated, and a rift opens, releasing Vegeta, Xeno Vegeta, and Tokitoki. Hearts ask Goku if he has beaten him, and Goku says that he thinks he has. In turn, he asks about Broly, with Hearts replying that Broly has vanished. Chronoa also notices that the Universe Tree has used up all of its power, and she has Tokitoki lend her his power in order to restore Universe 7.
Aeos with the Warriors in Black Clothes
Meanwhile, the Warrior in Black meets up with a mysterious woman with blue hair and pale blue skin, stating that the Pseudo Universe has been destroyed. She asks if he was able to save his son, and he confirms to her that he has. The woman than declares that her time has come, turning to reveal the Warrior in Black to be with three others in identical outfits.
Epilogue[]
The Warrior in Black summons Dark Shenron and has him grant three wishes: restoring the real world to how it was before the Crimson-Masked Saiyan damaged it via the Pseudo Universe, making the Pseudo Universe disappear without affecting the main timeline, and drawing out the power of all of the Warriors in Black to their absolute limit. The warrior apologizes to Aeos for using the wishes selfishly but she says she didn't need them anyway and that it was now time the Super Space-Time Tournament to commence.[2]

Pseudo Universe's Fierce Fighting[]
Having woken up in the Pseudo Universe, Goku looks around West City and is contacted by Xeno Trunks. Goku asks whether he is inside the universe Fu created and Trunks confirms it to be the case, though he clarifies that it is only an empty space-time that became connected to the original universe. He explains that the new universe is forcing the original universe to copy what it does, though Goku fails to understand. He notices Frieza's Spaceship and Cooler's Spaceship in the distance and goes to investigate.
Trunks starts warning him not to destroy the buildings around him, but is interrupted by the Crimson-Masked Saiyan. Goku asks about his Mask, and Trunks tells him to get away from the masked man. The Crimson-Masked Saiyan offers to explain the universe's rules, and proceeds to destroy the buildings around them. Trunks exclaims that the corresponding buildings in the original West City just collapsed, confirming that the two universes are connected. Goku fights the Crimson-Masked Saiyan, and asks if he is working with Fu. The Crimson-Masked Saiyan says that Fu used him as a tool, but that he will now use the new universe to grant his wish, starting by exterminating everyone in the region. Goku struggles to continue fighting, having reached his limit from all the preceding battles.
The Crimson-Masked Saiyan declares that he will get the Time Patrol out of the way, and Trunks's voice starts breaking up before cutting out entirely. Frieza and Meta-Cooler both arrive and engage Goku together, who struggles to defend himself. He is saved by the arrival of Hearts, who explains to Goku that a Demon freed him from Hell. Recognizing him as Cumber's ally, Meta-Cooler transforms into his Golden form and attacks him. Frieza meanwhile transforms into his own Golden form and attacks Goku, who transforms into Ultra Instinct Sign. Goku is able to overpower Frieza, and he suggests working together to escape from the new universe. Seeing that Frieza is considering the offer, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan decides to force him and Meta-Cooler to continue fighting by taking out two Dark Dragon Balls, and latching them onto the brothers' chests.
As they battle, Broly charges in to attack Goku. The Warrior in Black also arrives and joins the fight, helping Goku and Hearts. He removes the Dark Dragon Balls from Frieza and Meta-Cooler, reverting them to their normal selves, and forces Broly to retreat. Hearts criticizes the Crimson-Masked Saiyan for sightseeing from above, and the masked man agrees to come down and fight them himself. Both the Crimson-Masked Saiyan and the Warrior in Black end up disappearing, and Hearts comments that he couldn't read either of their hearts. Hearts gives Goku a Senzu Bean, explaining that he found it atop Korin Tower and learnt what it was when he read Goku's mind during an earlier encounter. He suggests that they use the Dragon Balls to escape, and Goku leads them to the Dragon Radar. He picks up one of the Dragon Balls, and they move out.
Pride of the Warrior Race[]
On the pseudo Planet Vegeta, Vegeta engages in battle against Cumber and Turles. The pair claim that evil is a Saiyan's true worth, and that Vegeta has no value for lacking it. Turles eats a Fruit of the Tree of Might, using it to envelop his heart with evil rather than merely amplifying his power, transforming him into an Evil Saiyan. Cumber compliments Turles and asks for a battle, and Turles heartily agrees.
Goku and Hearts teleport onto the planet, but are prevented from helping Vegeta by the Crimson-Masked Saiyan who teases them with a Dragon Ball if they don't interfere. Goku and Super Hearts battle the Red-Masked Saiyan, while Vegeta proclaims that he doesn't need their help. The Red-Masked Saiyan transforms into Super Saiyan Rosé, proclaiming that by defeating Goku he will complete his body. Immediately realising the Red-Masked Saiyan's true identity as Goku Black, Goku transforms into Super Saiyan Blue. Vegeta also recognizes Black, but is ambushed by Turles who decides to share his Evil Aura with him. Vegeta is enveloped in the evil Ki, remembering his past actions, but he reaffirms his belief in battling being a Saiyan's true goal and manages to control the Ki. Having made the power his own, Vegeta accuses Turles of losing his pride from his dependence on the Fruit of the Tree of Might and fights him and Cumber, ultimately ending up victorious. Cumber congratulates Vegeta before passing out, while Turles reverts to his base form and asks why he can't win. Vegeta tells him to find his way if he has a shred of Saiyan pride left, and Turles replies that he's fine with becoming a lower-class warrior again.
Black tells Goku that he has travelled across countless spacetimes defeating Gokus, and that this Goku is the hundredth he's faced. He decides to destroy the planet if they are unable to defeat him. Goku transforms into Ultra Instinct -Sign-, which Black derides as an insignificant power-up. Musing that he can still ascend further, Black attacks Goku, telling him to prove that he can survive.
Vegeta tells Goku to hurry up and get them out of there before the planet is destroyed, but Goku laments that he could only get to Planet Vegeta by sensing Vegeta, and with nobody else detectable he has nowhere to escape to. Hearts tries to wake up Cumber, who remains unconscious. Suddenly a revived Cell appears, causing Black to complain about the Demon Gods interfering. He prepares to stop Cell from rescuing them, when Turles attacks him. Black easily kills him, but the distraction allows Cell to escape with the others. Black disappears, and Planet Vegeta is engulfed in a massive explosion.
Clash of Beliefs[]
Goku, Vegeta, Hearts and the unconscious Cumber are brought by Cell to his hideout, where they are greeted by Gohan, Krillin, Android 17 and Android 18. Goku starts to question Cell when the former Demon God Shroom arrives, accompanied by Salsa and Putine, and explains that he broke Cell out of Hell to gather the heroes so that they could discover the identity of the Crimson-Masked Saiyan. Shroom says that Crimson hijacked Fu's plans so that he could carry out the Zero Mortals Plan, and that they needed the help of people who were outside of Fu's plan, which was why they recruited Hearts and Cell. Vegeta protests working with Cell, pointing out how malicious the Bio-Android is, but Gohan insists that they need his cooperation to save their universe. Cell thinks to himself that he'll lay back and observe for the time being, fully aware of how much weaker he is than everyone else. He is surprised when Hearts acknowledges his decision, having read his mind, but Hearts reassures him that he doesn't intend to say anything.
Krillin suggests that they could overwhelm Crimson by rushing him as a group, but Goku doubts the plan would work. Krillin then points out that Goku has Ultra Instinct, but Goku admits that he still cannot use it freely, and points out that Vegeta cannot use his new power freely either. Salsa offers to open a path to a spacetime similar to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, where a day on the outside equals a year on the inside, filled with phantoms of fighters they have previously encountered that Goku and Vegeta can train with. Krillin points out how little time they have, but Shroom reassures him that they already have an ally on his way to hold off Crimson.
As Goku and Vegeta prepare to enter the timespace, Bojack, Super 17 and Dr. W suddenly appear to attack them. The Z Fighters agree to fight them while Goku and Vegeta enter the timespace. Gohan squares off with Bojack and questions what his motive is for attacking them, asking if he plans to claim the Pseudo Universe. Bojack confirms Gohan's suspicion, adding that he intends to restore the Hera Clan.
Meanwhile in a city, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan is thinking about the Zero Mortals Plan when he is confronted by the Warrior in Black. Crimson transforms into Super Saiyan Rosé 2 to fight him and the Warrior in Black in turn transforms into a Super Saiyan, lowering his hood.
Elsewhere in the timespace created by the demons, Goku and Vegeta fight against a number of illusions possessing strength far greater than their real selves, including the Z Fighters, the Spice Boys and the Time Patrol. Vegeta laments that the Time Patrollers are mere shadows, as he wishes to fight them again.
Android 17 confronting Super 17
Outside, Android 17 defends the timespace from Super 17, who hesitates after Android 18 joins her brother. Recognizing that he can't make himself attack Android 18, Super 17 becomes the Masked Android for a second time, the Mask's influence allowing him to fight without holding back. Android 17 and Android 18 are able to defeat Super 17, breaking the Mask. The defeated Super 17 tells Android 17 that the Mask draws out power beyond a person's normal limits, and that the overflowing energy could be Crimson's weakness.
Meanwhile, Dr. W approaches the demons, explaining that he allied with Fu so that he could rule the Pseudo Universe's version of Earth, and make humanity acknowledge his brilliant mind. Krillin asks who he really is, and Dr. W reveals his true identity as Dr. Wheelo, lamenting that the hollow nature of the Pseudo Universe made his ambition in vain. He removes his human appearance and attacks Krillin and Hearts, deciding to entertain himself by crushing them. During the fight, Krillin appeals to his ambition by pointing out that Crimson wiping out humanity will prevent it from ever coming to fruition, and eventually manages to talk Wheelo into retreating. Hearts points out that they'll have to fight Wheelo again in the future, but Krillin plans to deal with that when the time comes.
Elsewhere in the city, the Warrior in Black continues stalling for time, while protecting the city from Crimson's attacks. Crimson realises what the Warrior in Black is doing, and transforms into Super Saiyan Rosé 3 to quickly end the fight. As he prepares to finish off the Warrior in Black, Goku and Vegeta arrive, having mastered their strongest forms. Crimson remains confident, telling Goku that he will achieve even greater power by defeating him.
Blue-Crimson's Decisive Battle[]
Goku insists on being the first to fight Crimson, while the rest of the Dragon Team protect the city. Aware that Goku can only maintain Ultra Instinct for a limited time, they agree to ignore Goku and gang up on Crimson. To keep them out of the battle, Crimson pulls out a Time Scroll and releases several Kings of Destruction to fight the Dragon Team. Among them is a version of Broly, who is attacked by the version of Broly already in the Psuedo Universe. The Dragon Team and the demons are aided by Wheelo, who arrives to help.
Goku is able to overpower Crimson, and seemingly finishes him off just before he loses Ultra Instinct. He prepares to help the others, but is surprised as Crimson reappears in the Super Saiyan Rosé Full Power form, revealing that he is using the energy gathered for the psuedo mortals to resurrect himself. Goku transforms into Ultra Instinct for a second time but quickly weakens and is overpowered by Crimson, who grows stronger from the damage he takes. Vegeta arrives to take over, having managed to defeat the Kings of Destruction, but Crimson sends out Omega Shenron to fight them. Hearts and Cumber step in to deal with the brainwashed Shadow Dragon.
Vegeta channels the Evil Aura, but Crimson easily takes him down with a single attack. As Crimson prepares to finish them off, Goku convinces Vegeta to perform the Fusion Dance. Crimson refuses to let them fuse, but he is suddenly distracted by Frieza and Cooler, giving Goku and Vegeta enough time to fuse into Gogeta. Gogeta recognizes that Super Saiyan Blue won't be enough to deal with Crimson, and powers up further into Super Saiyan God SS Evolved.
Gogeta and Crimson battle, and Crimson is seemingly killed by the fusion. Goku and Vegeta defuse, and Goku pulls out the Dragon Radar to find the final remaining Dragon Ball, only to be surprised as it is detected in their location. The Warrior in Black arrives, having gathered the Dragon Balls together, and Goku thanks him. A heavily injured Crimson suddenly reappears, determined to kill Goku. The Warrior in Black provides the exhausted Goku with some Ki, and together they both turn into Super Saiyans and finish off Crimson for good. Goku uses the Dragon Balls to summon Shenron and wishes for everyone to escape the Pseudo Universe, though the Warrior in Black chooses to stay behind.
Warriors of a Matchless Pair[]
Having been returned to the Crack of Time, Goku and Vegeta travel to the location where they had fought Fu, and find that he, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta are no longer in the Time Labyrinth and are continuing to battle. Fu had been rescued by Dogidogi, however Tokitoki had interfered by deaging Fu, and so Fu had absorbed Dogidogi to take his power. Towa reveals to the Gokus and Vegetas that she has sent armies of Demon Realm Soldiers to attack their allies.
The battle is interrupted by Broly, who attacks Goku. He is engaged by Cumber, however Broly manages to hold the advantage in their battle. Hearts, feeling pumped up himself, transforms into the evolved state of his Super Hearts form and joins the battle. The Gokus and Vegetas meanwhile, who are getting overwhelmed by Fu, decide to fuse. Towa refuses to give them the chance, but is blocked by the arriving Salsa and Shroom. Towa orders Mira to absorb her, and the former Demon Gods recognize that in their current states they stand no match against Mira. Salsa tells Shroom to consume his soul, reasoning that Shroom having the opportunity to kill Mechikabura is better than Fu getting what he wants.
While Shroom, now transformed into Shroosa keeps Mira distracted; the Gokus and Vegetas use the opportunity to fuse into Gogeta and Xeno Gogeta. They fight Fu, managing to gain the advantage, but are unable to defeat him before their times expire. To prevent them from fusing again, Fu opens a hole in spacetime that sucks in the two Vegetas. Chronoa suddenly arrives, having been held up by the Demon Realm Soldiers, and suggests fusing the two Gokus' Ki together. With their new power-up, strengthened by how well their Ki links together, they manage to put Fu on the backfoot. Realizing that they can only maintain the power-up for a short time, the two Gokus fire a Kamehameha at Fu to finish him off.
Anime and Manga Differences[]
- In the manga, Frieza does not turn Golden until he is empowered by the Dark Dragon Ball. In the game and anime, he fights Goku briefly in his Golden state prior to merging with the Dark Dragon Ball.
- In the game and anime, Broly appears and runs rampant during the time when Frieza and Meta-Cooler are empowered by the Dark Dragon Balls. In the manga, he does not appear.
- Vegeta uses Super Saiyan (Berserk) prior to using Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Berserk Controlled) in the manga. In the anime he only uses Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Berserk Controlled).
- In the anime, Goku overpowers the Crimson-Masked Saiyan using Ultra Instinct Sign. In the game and manga, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan overpowers Goku, saying that he has already faced the form.
- In the manga, Goku is able to teleport everyone to Earth safely by picking up the energy signal of the Demon Gods. In the game and anime, they are saved by Cell.
- Chamel makes an appearance in the manga, helping Goku and Vegeta enter into the other dimension to train. In the game and anime, he does not appear.
- In the game and manga, Dr. Wheelo is defeated by Krillin and Hearts. In the anime, he is defeated by Super Saiyan Gohan.
- In the manga, Goku and Vegeta train by fighting phantoms of Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta. In the game and anime, they encounter other phantoms made up of enemies they have previously encountered.
- In the game and manga, Gohan battles against Bojack whereas in the anime he battles against Dr. Wheelo.

- In the game version of this saga, Goku does not appear to recognize Legendary Super Saiyan Broly, indicating that he is not familiar with the Dragon Ball Z version of Broly, while in the anime version Goku recognizes Broly due to previously meeting him as Vegito at the Universe Tree's location in the Crack of Time.
- On the other hand Goku does not recognize Omega Shenron with Hearts telling him that he is from another dimension where another version of Goku battled him.
