The Land of Ice (氷の大陸 Kōri no tairiku) is a very complex, frozen labyrinth that leads to the Cave of Darkness, the place where the Ultra Divine Water is located. It is located far up north on Earth.[1]

Goku and Yajirobe both access this place during the King Piccolo Saga through a jar in Korin Tower. There is a huge Ice Monster guarding the ice maze, protecting it from intruders.

In the Famicom game Dragon Ball Z Side Story: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans, its OVA adaptation Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans, and its Playdia remake Dragon Ball Z Side Story: True Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans - Earth Saga, one of the Destron Gas machines is located in this land, built-in in a permanent ice wall. The Dragon Team fight Skud, Gure and hundreds of other monsters there. In the game, monsters encountered in the Land of Ice are Ponkarn, Bontan, Jiku, Skud, and Budo.
