Wrath of the God of Destruction (破壊神の怒り, Hakaishin no Ikari) is a Hakai-based Finger Beam used by Beerus.^[5]

Overview[]

Beerus holds out the index finger of his left hand and then fires a Hakai-based yellow energy wave from his fingertip.

Usage[]

In the manga, Beerus used this attack in order to destroy a planet. In the anime, he prepared it to kill Vegeta after their battle but stopped when he was slapped by Bulma.

Upon being sighted by Garana and his squadron of soldiers, Champa utilized this attack to obliterate them.

In Battle of Gods, Beerus uses this attack during his battle against Goku in order to increase the size of his Beerus Ball.

Video Game Appearances[]

Wrath of the God of Destruction was named in Dragon Ball Heroes and Ultimate Mission, where it is Beerus' Super Attack.

This attack also appears in Battle of Z, where it and the large energy sphere fired before are part of Beerus' Special Attack called Beerus' Judgement.

In Dokkan Battle, the technique appears as part of Beerus' God of Destruction's Edict Super Attack, executed in the same manner as it was in Battle of Gods, following up the Sphere of Destruction. It also appears as its own Super Attack called Destruction God's Fury.

In Xenoverse, it appears under the name God of Destruction's Anger and is one of Beerus' Super Skills. It can also be learned by the Future Warrior during Beerus' training as the Warrior's Master. Whis uses an identical technique (differing only in color) called Prelude to Destruction.

In Extreme Butōden, it appears as part of Beerus' Final Ultimate Combo Beerus' Bomb (Pursuit) and as his basic special attack.

In Xenoverse 2, God of Destruction's Anger returns as one of Beerus' Super Skills which the Future Warrior can learn by completing Beerus' Initiation Test to train under him. It gains the ability to put opponents into guard break status on impact. It is one of the few Super Skills from Xenoverse that cannot be uploaded to Xenoverse 2.

In FighterZ, this technique doesn't quite appear on its own, but as an additional ender for Beerus' Beerus Ball super. Expending an extra super stock allows Beerus to detonate his sphere early for additional damage by firing off the Wrath of the God of Destruction.

In World Mission, its name is localized as God of Destruction's Anger where it appears as the Super Attack for certain Beerus cards.

In Kakarot, this technique appears as one of Beerus' attacks under then name God of Destruction's Anger. Additionally, the game also reveals that this technique is actually a Hakai-based Finger Beam.
