Template:Character Fen (フェン), the Supreme Kai Elite, is an Earthling who utilizes the advanced time travel technology of the Dragon Ball Heroes machines, allowing her to become a Supreme Kai.[1]
Supreme Kai Elite is a playable Supreme Kai avatar in the Japanese arcade game Dragon Ball Heroes.
Appearance
In her normal outfit Fen wears a light blue and dark blue Supreme Kai uniform, and has blonde hair. She also wears a pair of yellow Potara earrings. In her Class-up state (GM outfit) she gains a red cape and a ponytail, and in her Super Class state (JM outfit) her hair length increases greatly and her outfit is altered so that it features a long red robe section and a yellow cloth. In Fen's Ultimate Class-up state, her hair elongates into a style similar to a Super Saiyan 3's, and her outfit changes into a more stylish yellow and white design. Fen's eyes turn yellow and she wears a golden circlet.

Class-up
Main article: Class-up The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan 2 level of power.
Super Class-up
Main article: Super Class-up The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Super Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan 3 level of power.
God Class-up
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the God Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan God level of power.
Ultimate Class-up
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Super Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. The Elite can reach a level of power akin to that of a Super Saiyan Blue when using this Ultimate Class-up.
