Far-Seeing Arts (遠見の術 Tōmi no Jutsu)[1] is a form of Telepathy used by a few people in the higher realms.

Using this art allows the user to see everything that happens in the lower realms.
Usage[]
Kami watching the Earth below
Korin uses this ability several times during Dragon Ball to watch what happens on the Earth without leaving Korin Tower.
Kami usually stands on the border of The Lookout to watch what happens on the Earth. Upon becoming the Guardian of Earth, Dende also displays this habit. Piccolo also gains the ability after fusing with Kami.

Old Kai trying to see girls playing beach volleyball
King Kai can learn everything that happens inside his quadrant of the universe. However, in Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan, he admits that it is to some degree limited by what his current emotional state was.
Old Kai claims to have an "omniscient vision" and he usually uses it to see girls playing beach volleyball (in the Manga, he instead claims that he uses such an ability to see women strip naked), citing that such made reading girlie magazines unnecessary for him when refusing Goku's bribe. He also uses it with a Crystal Ball to watch the fight against Super Buu and Kid Buu.
