Dabura kills Kibito with the Evil Impulse

Dabura first uses this attack to kill Kibito, firing it from point-blank range, destroying him. Later, he uses it during his battle against Gohan in his Super Saiyan 2 form; after teleporting and avoiding Dabura's flame breath technique, Gohan charges at Dabura and tries to punch him. However, Dabura avoids the attack using an Afterimage and then fires the Evil Impulse at Gohan, blasting him into a lake.
